the simple answer , both fsr (2.2/3.0) same upscaler version and xess 1.2 dp4a are meh , although intel offically released a mod on github for xess 1.3 ( you would have the dp4a ) because you are on a amd gpu instead of intel gpu , still , the mod xess 1.3 which is better and until fsr 3.1 is out // xess 1.3 will just murder fsr in term of visual stability , and that s even more the case when you go at lower resolutions, for instance , i can recommend you to use xess 1.3 in balanced over fsr "quality" , xess 1.3 balance is just that much better it wont be perfect as you go down the resolutions , but the moment you have to use a resolution lower than 1080p , jsut go with xess when possible quite honestly xess can make 540p usable
No, it's from AMD. I only cover the official asus driver when a new update is available . AMD drivers are always newer so there is little reason to use asus official drivers.
