Fun fact: Obi-Wan got his upgrade after the Vader Fight. And in the movie, Obi-Wan said: "If you strike me down, I will become more powerful than you could ever imagine."
And so, ingame, Obi-Wan got his upgrade after the fight.

It’s a reference to one of the original marvel comics of Star Wars, issue 48 to be exact (you may look it up but don’t expect it to be good)

I wonder what the upgrades actually do to the abilities, they seem to just do the same thing, only fancier
Basically, most upgrades allow the weapon to do more damage to blocks (e.g: Luke's lightsaber, chubacca's body slamb) or increase the power's radius (e.g: Lair's beam).
Just more power, like more damage to luke's lightsaber, han and lando's guns and chewbacca's body slam, and more radius like obi wan's force push and Princess leia's beam

That was only in the second game. Depending on the version of Luke your using, the number of slashes will differ.
Pilot Luke =1 slash
Endor Luke =2 slashes
Jedi Luke = 3 slashes

I went to Dagobah early and Luke got his upgrade immediately.
And I did Death Star 2 early too, and Lando got his upgrade before formally introducing him.
Dagobah would be useful if you were to access jedi luke in endor and DS2 however it's like getting the most powerful weapon in the end of the game even though you completed it. making the green saber useful for high scores only.

I remember I never even beat any of the worlds, because I was just bad at the game at five years old.
As a result, I never even tried to beat it for real, because I felt there was no reason to if it was that hard.
And now this game is deleted, and pretty much lost media, whoopee.

Idk why but the background music/ambience of the Death Star 2 just made me felt unnerved, the way it just felt..... creepier, idk why but yeah, I just love that background ambience for some reason.

First Game: Characters progress
Second Game: You can play as pigs and we have a lot, A LOT, of characters
Guess it’s because it’s a reflection of the OT where you follow a limited cast of rebels where the PT introduces many new characters
We don’t need a fucking angry birds Star Wars 3, the sequel trilogy has destroyed Star Wars. Angry birds Star Wars 2 needs to be put back along with the other games but no angry birds Star Wars 3

I don’t see how affective both Lando and Han’s bullets are more effective… the blue bullets do look better as I never upgraded Lando or Rebel pilots when I played! (I was playing before the DS2 update came out)

Wish there's AB star wars 3, the sequel is probably about rebels and skywalker saga
Anybody else in the same boat as me for angry birds Star Wars 1 not having or anywhere close to owning Jedi Luke because you need to 3 star ALL LEVELS
You can also buy it with real life money. But even then you'd still need to beat Path Of The Jedi. Paying only unlocks the chapter without 3 starring other chapters, not the upgrade.
The jedi luke in this game on mobile isn't obtainable anymore idk why.

Can someone tell me which levels hold the upgrades? I just got a modded angry birds star wars, and all of the levels are unlocked, but i dont know which one of them has upgrades.
I don't remember which levels exactly, but here's my approximate guess.
Luke = beginning of tatoonie, literally right after he's introduced.
Obi Wan = Halfway through death star 1
Han Solo = beginning of Moon Of Endor
Rebel Pilots = beginning of Death Star 2
Chewbacca = halfway through Hoth
Princess Leia = beginning of Cloud City
Lando = beginning of Death Star 2 (along with Rebel Pilots)
Jedi Luke = after beating Path Of The Jedi
RDD2 and CP40 are not upgradable
Like I said, I don't remember the exact levels, but that's approximate.
I played this game recently and i can confirm that the only bird that you can feel an upgrade is luke skywalker, the other are the same, you wont see more power.
And the rebel pilots?
That's only true for Lando and Han.
