Hoi Wah Ho of Dynasty takes you through one of his Kung Fu style, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts!
This 20-minute, no-equipment, beginner level workout is designed to improve your Kung Fu punches, kicks, and skills, while building up dexterity, flexibility, and strength and conditioning.
Whether you're training for a fight or training for fitness, this is a great beginner level video to start with!

I find it more effective (and tiring) to do stance switching from Mabu (horse stance) to Gongbu (bow stance) sometimes. It helps when you are delivering power because you are using the waist each time.
Excellent video. Thanks for posting it.
Our pleasure!
Loved this! I’ve always been interested in MMA and I’m going to take a class once I get back to uni and this is awesome to help get into!
Awesome video! Been a while since I've sweat like this, love it.

dynasty make more videos of SANDA BECAUSE IT IS GOOD BETTER AND MORE EFFECTIVE THAN SHAOLIN KUNG FU BECAUSE SANDA IS NOT JUST CHINESE MILITARY MARTIAL ART IT IS A MIX OF SHAOLIN KUNG FU,WUSHU AND OTHER STYLES
Sanda is Shaolin. It means sparring or free fighting just like in karate you say kumite. It has become a sport on it's own. Basically Chinese boxing in simpler terms.
Where do I find that shirt on the store?

ALSO DYNASTY MMA ALSO MAKE VIDEOS OF JEET KUNE DO WHICH IS ALSO GOOD BETTER AND MORE EFFECTIVE THAN WING CHUN IN BOTH SELF DEFENCE AND FIGHTING
There are no “more effective” styles than another. JKD is a philosophy, not a style. That philosophy permits it to be more inclusive of other things outside of a traditional style, like Wing Tsun.
@@user-kz7wj5fl9r well look JKD is more sophisticated allows cross-training is about the person SOMETHING THAT WING CHUN DOES NOT HAVE AND LACKS
@@gerardocovarrubias1127 You can’t compare a philosophy to a traditional style. It’s not a fair comparison.
@@user-kz7wj5fl9r ok but you can't admit that jkd can do things that wing chun can and also jkd is like sanda both are good in self defense and fighting than shaolin kung fu and wing chun oh you should know i changed shaolin and wing chun for sanda and jkd
@@gerardocovarrubias1127 Again, you’re comparing traditional styles to a philosophy. JKD is not a style. It’s not a fair comparison. It’s an inclusive philosophy, very different from rules and ways of performing techniques. You can’t “learn” JKD as a style. Bruce has said this himself. Bruce helped people explore themselves and improved their greatest weapons, a great example being Joe Lewis and his side kick.
