I review and test the daiwa exceler LT 3000 spinning reel on my St Croix legend elite spinning rod, Was a bad day for fishing but in the end it was good.

*Bought a 500 for an ultralight rod. It's very smooth **enjoyable.fishing** recommend casts great. One odd thing- the bale wire is a bit heavy diameter in my opinion for a reel of this size. But a great purchase.*

Great fishing Bobby. One time I spent a week fishing at a lake with no bites but I didn’t give up. On the last day it was one of my best fishing days. I found what they liked and I killed it. I caught a 21in rainbow trout and many more that day lol so dang fun.

Mine was off just a bit I guess they are all different slightly but it's a great reel if you see a lot of my videos I use this reel and it gets pounded with a lot of stress from all the fish I catch and with hauling in the weeds wrapped on the fish puts a big stress on it for sure and it's still going strong!

Hi Thank you, I had one pflugger reel a couple years ago it was no way as near like a daiwa or shimano it was awkward shaped the placement when you grab the string by the bail line roller was far away unlike daiwa and shimano right near ..and it just did not feel as good. I think Shimano is tops and daiwa is right up there with them.
