Yes your right, i bought a plot around 2 years back at enmulnarva-mekaguda road, before JP DARGAH (500 mtrs from Microsoft data centre) for below 5k, actually it's a GP layout but a N-W plot in commercial bit now it's around 12-15k. It's a personal choice if people consider sangareddy belt but i strongly recommend your viewers to invest near this place as metro train is also on cards, i am happy with my decision as i am expecting a metro station around 5kms from my plot. And also regional ring road will also happen soon (behind: JP Dargah) along side 100 acre HMDA land pooling project. Anyways, nice work bro👍.
