    Wow! These must taste so much better than any cracker you can buy.. I love the idea of using pepper flakes.

    Looks yummy! What should I use to score the crackers if I don't have the ravioli roller thingy?

    How long do you need to bake the crackers? I can’t find the time? Thanks! I’ll be making these for my family!

      It depends on how thick or thin they are when you roll them out. If they are thin, start checking at about 15-18 minutes. They may need longer baking. You really need to keep an eye on them.

    Hi. Just a quick question. Can I make the discard cheesy crackers with my first discard or do I have to wait until the eighth day?

    • @cookingitreal
      @cookingitreal  Год назад

      It is best to wait till the 7th day at least. Once your starter is bubbly and looking strong, you can use the discard.

    On you crackers what was the heat you cooked them at. They look so yummy! Im excited to watch your sour dough episodes and all the cooking recipes...I love that you give us your recipes in the description box. I love cooking videos!
    Also home made mixes, seasonings and recipes in a jar! Thank you so much.
    I have seen your recipes that you add silly sounds or talking... no disrespect I'm not a fan of that! I love everything else!

      The crackers are cooked at 350 degrees. And thanks for your suggestions and input!
