Great to see your video, Debbie! It's such a joy to play Triplett harps!
I truly appreciate all the care, artistry and work that Steve, you, Cindy, Rob and the rest of the crew do.
Much love and well wishes for you in the New Year! : )
PS. Thanks Alice for the nice comment. I remember you!

The neck breaking what about the sound board ripping up? What stop that from happening?

The bodies have liner strips running down the sides from the top and bottom block (you can see around 6:45) which gives the sides a bit more rigidity and allows for the soundboard to have more surface area to glue to. Also the inside center strip and outside center strip (apart from Christinas, Shantis, and current Zephyrs) distributes the pressure more evenly. Soundboards sometimes do end up delaminating, cracking and being pulled from the body but it’s almost always due to extreme temperature variance and humidity. And is quite rare.

Wow! Is that Cynthia Artish playing "Age to Come" on your soundtrack? She is an amazing harpist and teacher.
I heard her in concert playing her custom Triplett Eclipse gut strung. Her sound is totally unique.
    Love Triplett harps!!

Irritating, meaningless music at the background ... why ?
