That first drone shot - the water looks so clear!
Yeah the majority of this stretch is crystal clear! Its really strange compared to the murky waters of the rest of the network 😂
Probably the swan muscles they filter water and do a great job 😊
The intro was just amazing at how peaceful life on canal could be like for most,
It was a lovely morning & great view of the countryside from up there!

Great drone footage at the begining. Welcome to Aylesbury, this is my town. RAF Halton has gliders and light aircraft taking off hence the restriction.
I miss the Hairy Bikers. They were very popular here in Australia, and even did a series travelling around Australia. I was sorry to hear of Dave's passing, and I recall a few years ago Si wasn't well. At least they live on together in their many series.
The canals you're travelling through look absolutely stunning.
I haven’t watched that series, I’ll make sure to! Yeah it’s really sad they were great together, genuine best friends.

Boating and beer - a good combination, as long as you are moored up first. I would make very slow progress on a canal voyage - too many canalside pubs to visit with all their history and tales to listen to.

Could you think of occasionally uploading a longer form video with less fast forwarding of canal travel. Your journey on this video looks magnificent. A long form video would be well worth watching on the 80 inch screen with an ad say every 10-15 minutes .

Dave’s memorial ride out last week from Ace Cafe to Barrow in Furness had an official count from the police of 46000 bikes.
That’s amazing!! Would’ve loved to have been part of that, not had a bike since I was 16 though!

Realistically it won’t be until end of July/August as we’ve got a busy couple of weeks over summer!
Surely it would have been safer and easier to test float worthiness in your sink tha the cut?

How much longer does it take to get through a lock on your own. compared to two of you on the boat?
These single/narrow locks fill a lot quicker so not masses in it - but if you had someone else they could prep the lock for you so you don’t have to stop and open it etc, that’s where you’d save time. So maybe 5 minutes quicker something like that
What do you do for a living to have this much time? Is RUclips your full time job .

i know you make bread i do to but it dont last long any advice what i can put in it to make it last
So the reason shop bought stuff lasts so long is all of the additives to make it shelf stable. Bread naturally shouldn’t really last longer than a couple of days or so (look at baguettes in France)
What I have learnt is the more yeast you use, the quicker it goes stale. With sourdough that does tend to last a while (as toast at least)
