I was reading through the comments and saw someone else make an offer to sell their equipment. I was wondering if that is something you do, I have a Roland xc-540 that has sat for a few years and I need to get rid of.
When I’m doing a clean..I don’t see the flag is moving for yellow ink. (The flag that supposed to move in and out when it pumps the ink in. I’m pretty sure there is nothing wrong with the print heat. I had it very good just 3 days ago. All lines are perfect. Because I rang out of yellow ink the other day..so I cut my yellow ink bag and refilled it with the left over I had. My yellow on the left is gone now. But the second yellow is still working. Still printing cos my printer print setting CYMK 4 color with 8 ink bags using 2C 2Y 2M 2K. How do I get the flag to move again. I think you call them “arm”
Is there a way I can contact you over the phone or through video? I would love to get some help because the guys that I tried to talk to where I bought this from which was in Los Angeles it’s not too many people that can come out and help me fix it and the guys that did they quit it and did other things and then I was left with nothing so I’ve been trying to look at videos and everything and you’re my last. Hope thank God you posted this Video.
Sensors are good, when I try to do the damper fill it starts then half way through throws out the 0400 error. Any ideas?
Had a major head strike on my VG2 now the two right heads wont fire even after multiple cleanings. Any advice?
Them heads are SUPER sensitive, they may not be sealing on captop properly

I have a VG 640 and I have lost yellow ink lines showing on my print test patern.

Do you no what error is 0041 on vg540 ?
0400 maybe?
