Just when I thought WayV saved the ending of 2022, Ateez comes and takes a crown for themselves as well. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾Multistans winning, Atiny winning, dual saves for the end of 2022
Oh my gosh. The lyrics. Ateez made me cry because of this lyrics. I'm also currently reading 1984 and this lyrics represents everything I have being reading. Jongho, hongjoong and Yeosang line hit me hard.
Me during every comeback: this is def going to be my number one fav song Ateez after every comeback: every song we release is your favourite, too bad btch🗣️🗣️
This song had a certain sense of desperation the way the members were singing. It looks like Halateez failed in their rebellion against the totalitarian system and they’re screaming for change still. Incredible track, I loved every part of it.
Actually, I think it's an invocation sung from the POV of a 'witness' in Strictland who feels desperate and is calling out for ATEEZ to come back and help them. It's not sung BY ATEEZ, it's sung TO ATEEZ. That's why it feels almost religious - I sometimes think of 'Halazia' like Hallelujah.
This was an incredible follow-up to the world of guerilla. The dystopian feel that was shown in that video talking about breaking down the walls, then you see what happens when the wall comes down. You see the true chaos. The truth behind all of the lies. It's very very like what's real inside the matrix versus all of the pretty that you think you know. It was raw, it was aggressive, it was emotional. Seongwha has always been an incredible visual but it's almost like he is really really taking center stage more and more. And who in the absolute heck said it was okay for Yeosang to pull up with that baritone? And then when they threw the dubstep in at the end and sounded like Skrillex? Holy crap. Just holy crap! Masterpiece.
Gee, ATEEZ, thanks for giving me an easy song of the year so I don't have to think about anything else that came out this year. This song has everything -- amazing vocals, creepy vibes, effing YEOSANG's deep-ass voice, a WooSan dance duet, Yunho's midrange, Hong Joong's bullet rap, Mingi looking elegant in that hat -- and then they were like, "oh, let's EDM the hell out of the dance break, shall we!?" I love every single inch of this. It's my new favorite.
The only group that is so honest with their storyline that they'd do anything for their storyline. Anyone who is curious go through their diaries with each album series then you'll know their storyline.
Those are the witnesses (this single is supposed to be seen from the witness’s perspective). Hala Hala is my SONG. I love that song. This might be their best song to date though. Their growth is so evident in this song and it left me speechless.
This song has everything I love in a song. The best of the song with the haunting flute sound. The song does the unexpected but it works. These vocals are fire. Yeosang’s deep voice and Jongho’s piercing high notes. Everything in between. The lyrics-sad but hopeful-I like that.
I believe that in the end two of these people are the Grimes brothers who are part of the Ateez universe, but the other two I don't remember exactly who they could be, the boys did a great job it is without a doubt an amazing song and a wonderful comeback, they worked so hard , I'm very proud of them
I'm not sure about the ending either. The album is Spin-off: The Witness, maybe the four at the end are the witnesses? Well, it was the one of the four initially (teaser 1 at the end with Seonghwa), then the others were also there to "witness". They remind me "The Watchers" in the MCU, May be they oversee what happening during the worlds of Ateez lore but have a non-interference policy. Perhaps the breaking of the chromer in Deja Vu, started a series of events that has caused concern so now they have to bear "witness" to what's to come.
What am I supposed to say at this point? My jaw was on the floor, my brain turned to mush and I just froze cause I was in shock. I know they'll always come through with amazing music but like dang it man. edenery, BB tripin and the boys , everyone who works with them just oudo themselves everytime. Whatever brain you are using, share it with me please. ATEEZ has just created it's own pocket universe both fictionally and in reality. They are in their own league. I love them so much.
Ateez giving us all an epic and entertaining Holiday treat, with this brilliant piece of cinematography and musical artistic video. Ateez's music videos are on such a cinematic level, their videos need to be shown in an actual IMAX movie theater. The vocals and the flow of the rapping is always smooth and on point. I love each individuals' visuals in all their music videos, each member incredible and season in their own way and talent, but I admit I always admire Mingi, I find him very intriguing, in my opinion. However, all of the members of Ateez are top tier performers, each new music video, song, and their strong and beautiful chorography, keeping us all amazed and uplifted. Happy Holidays, and a Happy, healthy, and safe New Year to everyone out there.
As far as the theory is concerned, we are assuming that since the world lost its gravity and everything around them is levitating, all the human energies are getting extracted and getting transformed into that huge bead ball. That giant ball is the source to humanity so San is sacrificing himself to save the humanity. However, he is probably the halateez san who in the end became the light by succeeding in pulling that sphere all in him. The water droplets starts falling back again which means he brought the gravity back and with it, the emotions too. The 4 people at the end are the witnesses. They're probably the children who escaped from strictland University.
Ana Ana this is for you Fever Diary Film shows Ateez, who all have different struggles in life (Yunho lost his brother, Jongho had a basketball career ahead until an injury, San’s family moves a lot, Wooyoung have stage fright, Yeosang have a strict and controlling father etc etc). They all become friends and meet in this abandoned warehouse where they find joy and freedom in their dancing and singing. Then later on they have a fallout, Mingi and Jongho have a fight and San have to move again. It leaves Hongjoong alone in the warehouse when suddenly a figure dressed in all black shows up with a Cromer in his hand. It’s Hala Hala Hongjoong, from a different dimention. Hongjoong wakes up, Hala HJ is gone, but the cromer is still there. Ateez gather again and they turn the cromer. Sand starts flowing upwards. Again, this is where the Diary entries start. Ateez finds themselves in Hala Hala Ateez’s dimention, Strictland (which is the place for these 2 trailers). Human emotions are seen as a disease and all art, music, dancing etc have been forbidden. Halateez rebelled against this by popping up here and there, dressing in black clothes and masks, to sing and dance, giving and showing emotion to the people. Some people break the trance and join Halateez, forming the Black Pirates. Strictland also have giant android robots, dressed in all white with spiky masks. We see one at the end of Answer MV and they also show up in a Kingdom stage. They are also looking for the Cromers (there’s 2 and Halateez gave theirs to Hongjoong). In Strictland Ateez meets and saves an eldery man they call ”Left Eye” and he’s the eldery man here. They also meet two siblings, the Grimes siblings, and helps the sister get back her voice that the government took in punishment. There’s a lot of other stuff that happens too, but the important thing is that the giant robots catch Yeosang. The Android robots and Ateez does sort of a hostage exchange - Ateez’s Cromer for Yeosang. Hongjoong throws the Cromer towards the robots but Yeosang snatches it, turns it (sending Ateez back to their dimension and the warehouse) and smashes it. This is what we see at the end of Deja Vu mv. Yeosang is put in a glass cage. Ateez back home is finds another Cromer in a Mayan exhibition, put on by a ”Henry Jo” who believes in the blend of science and magic. They manage to steal that Cromer. Back in Strictland, Left Eye gets a morse code signal that says ”SAY MY NAME. ATEEZ.” End of Fever Diary albums. We know since before that the cronological order is Fever Series -> Treasure series -> The World series. And a lot of the music in Trailer 2 is from the end of Answer MV which closed out the Treasure series. It was Yeosang playing the violin that put doubt in my mind. Because he have been shown in both Fever Diary Film and Inception MV playing the violin, and not liking it, feeling trapped. Likely it was a demand from his controlling father. Yeosang have also been linked with birds and bird cages, and in Turbulence MV he was once again in a classroom looking trapped and closed in. That’s why I believe he had the bread in The Real MV, another link between him and birds, and also the scene where he’s finally outside, spreading his arms wide with a wide shot and birds taking off and flying up to the sky. We still have the movement diaries to go over and Hongjoong has stated that less than 50% of the lore has been revealed.
The last 4 people are the “witnesses”. Ateez lore story is complex and I just began to understand it so I can’t explain it to someone else but I suggest you look up Ateez Lore explanation on twt or YT and you can find some that are very condensed and tell you the general story or you can find the ones with entire explanation/story.
This song right here is what caused me to become an Atiny this song is literally gonna played 8 times a day I swear😭😭 but I’m curious to know what “Halazia” means😭🤔
the thing i love about ateez, is most of their mv’s show a story, from say my name, wonderland, hala hala to halazia. is shows a story about them and the guys with the hats
This song, and I cannot stress enough, fucking SLAPS. Watching the choreo with it is even better, they’re always on point with their dance and facial expression. I’m on the edge of my seat waiting to see what they put out next.
I’m not fully sure how to explain the four at the end but what it looks like to me is that at least 4 members are the light in the darkness. They’ve pulled themselves out for a change and they grew to a better standard. The scarecrow with their outfit from Say My Name and Hala and they burn it, it shows that they’re ready to let go of the past. When San pulls down the big chained sphere and it crashes on him, it looks like he’s releasing their creativity and showing that he’s next to change. That’s just what I think.
Halazia refers to HALA HALA (Hearts Awakened, Live Alive), which you can see the black pirates, whose goal is to bring life back to the emotionless and voiceless people in Strickland, which is ruled by Z. The bell in the music video is heard at the end of the song (where San gets hit with the ball), which represents ATEEZ’s presence.
Context: it’s a story of a dystopian city that is controlled so people don’t have emotion. They are trying to use their music to free the people. This is a spin off from guerilla, which began the story, and if you watch the trailers, prologues, and epilogues, it will help explain. It would honestly be a great movie 😂

BE THE LIGHT, OH HALAZIA
