His highest belt here is a C#5. And throughout his career his highest belt is D5 ( in a live concert of there's nothing holding me back). The thing is shawn has actually mastered the technique of masking the mixed voice. His mix is so strong and resonant that it feels as if he is singing in full chest voice.. Most of his live C5s and D5s are masked which the normal audience can't catch easily.

I would say im kind of disappointed by the album, to be honest... the production is weird and not really fluid. The transitions and the key changes between the major and the minor (example : on the song Look Up At The Stars) are weird.. also the lyrics are pretty repetitive... hope it will grow on me because I love the vocals on this album. His best album will still be Illuminate!!! 💡

Personally I love the key changes, I’m not a huge fan of “Can’t imagine” but other then that I love it.
