How to Change Oil on a Cadillac 472 DeVille 60fps 4k

This oil change procedure will work for most old Cadillacs, but the 472 V8 was produced in 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, and 1974. This car is a 1969 Cadillac DeVille Sedan.
I used 10W-40 because I live in a warm climate, but you can use 10W-30 if you live in a cooler climate. People have a lot of opinions on which oil brand/type to use. I have seen everything from diesel engine oils to full synthetic high mileage oils suggested on forums. I decided on a synthetic blend high mileage oil. The oil filter is an STP S3675.

That car still would like some non-ethanol gasoline in Alabama at $3.77 a gallon. I can't believe what people are paying for it gasoline in California and it's the kind that has that alcohol in it that old cars don't like. Causes leaks
