This is a case of Alopecia Areata along with androgenetic Alopecia. Alopecia areata is patchy hair loss which occurs due to a variety of reasons like stress, viral infections etc leading immunity attacking the hair follicles. Alopecia Universalis is hard problem to treat. Do consult a Dermatologist for a proper treatment. It is immunity related issue, and requires proper medications. The video is of a localised alopecia Areata which different from alopecia Universalis. It is treated with simple creams and in this case intralesional steroid injections.

Alopecia areata can be limited as well as a progressive condition. On top of alopecia Areata you might also have androgenetic Alopecia. Both these are common conditions and also occur together at time. Please get it evaluated by a dermatologist nearby.
