in my experience other genres music can totally provide something spiritual. i do still find the most in metal music. no other umbrella has the the emotional language that metal has. A Tear In the Fabric Of Life by KL is my fave example
Totally. When I'm working on a band episode. I simply get in the zone of the energy space for that specific band and I always like to first get people pumped up and during that time stuff almost always comes out that out of context of the lens for that band comes off naturally as exaggeration. just trying my best to get everyone pumped up for the band being discussed. No doubt. Like obviously anyone can find emotion/spirit elsewhere...Knocked Loose is a solid new band. They def carry emotion, was actually tempted to do a doc piece on the band early this year, but didn't get to it. I did mention them in end of month reviews though.
