Excellent video as always! Watching this, I kept thinking what a great resource this video would be for modelers building a unit train load out on a layout! The drone has revolutionized rail videos, and you are definitely a leader in its use! I’d love to see someone (nudge nudge, wink wink) do a video of some of the smaller, now unused, load outs. Ever since reading the book on the Clinchfield years ago, I’ve been fascinated with these “mom & pop” loaders. One in particular, “Atomic” I think, had this cool funnel looking holding bin over the tracks, and had that wonderful cobbled together look! No idea if it even still stands. Thanks for another great video!
@@tomt9543 I’ve been working on documenting some of these funny enough haha, it’s definitely taken some time but I am making progress. The 3 last remaining wooden tipples in the state anyone? 😉
Thanks for another great vid, Micah. always interesting and informative. Great camera work and narration.

Trees can be a Big Problem on the Railroad and especially with the Faster Amtrak Passenger trains running around the U.S. 🤔👍
I forgot to create a thumbnail for this one haha, I’ll get that done soon!
@@railfanmicahturner Awesome Heritage units.
Great job. Which Company operates this loadout?
