Also walking helps. For me Pineapple helps speed up digestion. I think it might be the enzymes.
My comment is away. Interesting.
You are beautiful and brilliant, Dr. Brooke. Goodbye auto immune diseases. ❤❤
Grateful for the L-Glutamine tip. It really does seem to help.
Great tips!
Thank you so much
If you're having bowel issues, you may want to start strengthening your liver, adrenals, and gallbladder. All these stimulants may break the damn, but they won't fix what is causing the problem. Years of poor diet have damaged your lymphatic system and organs.
Poor diet like a SAD or a vegan diet.
❤❤❤
12 TBS a day????
Well what if you have loose mushy stool but still can't go sufficiently and get backed up
Are you plant-exclusive? If not, you need to be
My understanding is that it is also a sign of constipation because the loose stool goes around the “blockage”
@@purityandplants colonoscopy shows clean colon walls...no blockages. Feces doesn't stick to colon walls...GI surgeons and docs have never seen that...I've asked many.
More leafy greens help me ..& peas or beans, & brown rice. 😊💚
@@Amanda_downunder ok..I'll try that. Thanks
That is magnesium citrate as said, not stearate as written , correct?
Correct, it comes in a small glass bottle and in different flavors.
Magnesium citrate or stearate for constipation?
Magnesium glycinate is better.
The video caption was wrong. She said mag citrate for constipation but video caption read mag stearate. You don't want mag stearate.
Yes, citrate is what doctors have you use to prepare for colonoscopy. 😉
@@marjn1030Not for constipation
Citrate for constipation, Glycinate for sleep, Threonate for brain is my understanding of the different types.
What does TBS a day mean please?
Tablespoon 😊
@lisa.s.headley7 tablespoons of what please?
Thank you
@@kimharris6649 Flax seed oil that she displays in the video
