Love your plowing videos. As a snow plowing video enthusiast, your videos are the only ones I watch from start to finish. In cab, out of cab... Doesn't really matter, but I do prefer start to finish videos showing the whole job. We haven't had a single snow here in the USA mid Atlantic area this season, and it's killing me!
Thanks so much for your kind comments. Kathy and I appreciate them very much. The poor girl gets cold being out there but she’ll never give up until the tractor is shut down. She insists on the right angle and showing as much as she can capture. Your comments make doing them all worth while. Happy to hear you enjoyed watching. Keep well.
Oh man what a treat hearing from you. One of the people I miss from Facebook but I just needed a break from it. Every time I see the stars in the sky I think of you. Keep on keep’ in on my friend.
Kathy and Paul love your videos always interesting and your thoughts about the weather and such is always appreciated Big Time,Thanks for grinding out the videos It's not easy to do
Hello Paul and Kathy!! Love your short plowing video! Down here in NewYork State (lower half) we have had a very mild winter so far!! Tomorrow I celebrate 67 years of life.
That is awesome! On behalf of Kathy and myself we’d like to wish you a Very Happy Birthday and we hope you get to see many many more. Thanks for watching and God Bless. 🎂 🍰🍰🍰🍰🎁🎁🎁
It never gets old watching Paul and Killer do there snow clean up. Killer is still the coolest kubota.what are ya talking about Kathy can’t possibly have made a blooper, upper management is never wrong lol ❤👍👍
Thanks Peter. Happy to hear you enjoyed the video. We’ll be doing more if and when we get more snow. This is a strange winter, snow one day and rain the next. Thanks for watching.
Awesome! Thank you! We appreciate you spending time with us watching these things. It’s great to know your our there. I hope the rains down there didn’t hit your area. Crazy weather these days. Keep well, keep, safe.
Thanks. Happy to hear you like the way we talk although if I talked less I wouldn’t get in so much trouble 🤣 God bless you and yours and thanks for being here.
Kubota makes great products that for sure. We appreciate you spending this time with us. Great hearing your from Iowa. We have many viewers down that way and a few friends as well. Keep well.
Thanks. She really has a knack for capturing these videos. I could never do it like she can. I’ve seen her trip, I’ve seen her get cold, I’ve told her to go in to warm up but nope, she insisted on getting the video done every time. She’s one of a kind with determination like I’ve seldom seen anywhere else. Thanks for watching and commenting.
You are so welcome. Glad to hear you don’t have any. The only thing we like about the snow is we get a little tractor time in to do some videos lol. Kathy says thanks. We appreciate you being here.
We are in Donnelly, Idaho with about four feet of snow, compressed now after rain and heavy wet snow to maybe three feet! We have kept it cleared off with two ATV Plows, and a truck plow and two Ariens Snow Blowers. Hope to get the big guy like you have someday, but not sure we really need that much! It's fun to watch you do your thing with it! We are big fans! We are also curious what the mfg. is on the little tent sheds! We could sure use one of those that the snow comes off of so easily! Up here the wind blows and it would have to be well grounded to not blow away! Thanks for any reply!
Thanks Jackie. We’re happy you like our videos and appreciate you taking the time to tell us. That’s mostly what we get it wet snow and high winds. Last winter we didn’t get any snow at all but we’ve had winters where we have been buried in the stuff. Yes the Kubota L5740 is a little over kill but I’ve been doing commercial snow clearing here for over 27 years. I decided to retire from commercial snow clearing after I just purchased this machine so I decided to keep it and I’m glad I did. I use it for ground work around the property and it has forks so it helps with heavy lifts. The shelters you see are made by “ShelterLogic” we’ve had them over ten years. You can get different covers for them. The one in the video has the commercial heavy duty cover. I did two videos on how I installed them. It was a little work but they haven’t budged and they have been through brutal winters, hurricanes and tropical storms. They haven’t blown away but it they’re not installed properly they will lift off lol. The shape of them is strong. Snow don’t stay on them. Hope this helps. Thanks for being here.
Thanks Mike. Doing them with the cell phone and the new editing system makes it easier on me by getting them done faster so we can now put out more of them. Tell everyone we said hi. Keep well bud.
I've posted only a couple of snow blowing vids this season because of lack of snow but I'm not complaining---diesel fuel is expensive!!! Always enjoy your vids!🦾👍
We were doing great until January then all He** broke out. We’re into a major two day storm right now as I type this. The winds are awful and nothing but a constant blizzard. Gotta love living on a rock out in the middle of the North Atlantic 💨
I watched a video this morning where a guy had a push plow on his tractor where he could flip it over to pull the snow backwards. I had never seen of one before. Kathy great job as usual on filming this video and Paul thank you for bringing us along. We had snow in the forecast but it missed us, well our luck.
Yup. They’ve been out for years. My new Arctic is a pusher and could be converted to a pull back unit as well but I tend to use the hydraulic angle more. If I were just doing in and out of small driveways the one your talking about would work perfectly. Thanks for watching.
Nice video, like to see more blow snower video ;-) Good to see you taking time to make some more videos. Like the Bronco videos as well, keep them coming !!!!
That’s what I did yesterday and will do tomorrow and what I’ll probably do Wednesday. Hope our storms take a right into the Atlantic and miss you guys up north.
Thanks Nelson. Glad you enjoyed the video. There’s many more like that on our channel. Some of them are in cab videos as well. We aren’t in the good Ol US of A. We are in Newfoundland, Canada. We are a 45 minute drive from the most Easterly point in North America on an island out in the middle of the North Atlantic.

I personally believe that you should get a second set of lines so that you can turn that front plow would make a lot more sense than just using it as a straight plow
I’m very happy with the way it is now. I have a 3rd function valve on the tractor and the blade have two hydraulic angle cylinders and it’s used all the time. I’ve been chasing that particular blade for just about 30 years. It was on my 1993 GMC truck up until 2008 and then I adapted it to the tractor. Go look at some of our In cab snow clearing videos and you’ll see. All is good the way it is.
Did you have to put a heavier duty battery in the tractor to keep up with all of the extra mods, ie. lights, camera, motors? Maybe dual alternators would help? Lol
No to all. First of all the Canadian version of this tractor (which this is) came with the winter option. It came with rear wiper, heavy duty alternator, rear window defog and heavy duty battery. Nothing else has ever been needed with this tractor in that area. As a matter of fact the original 13 year old battery is still in the tractor.
Thank you. We’re happy to have you here. I bet your tractor is awesome. I’ve never seen a tractor I didn’t like. Because we have Botas I still like all the others. Kinda like having a beautiful wife, you still have to glance at others 😂 I’m dead if upper management sees this 😳
Paul (or should I say, Kathy), I like both ways of filming the snow removal equally. Each seems to have its pros and cons. I would think (without prior permission), if goes both ways... Some will like one way over the other and vice versa, so doing it both ways from time to time, "should" satisfy everyone to a degree... Just my $0.02... As always, best wishes!
Humans can always do better work when they are comfortable. I’ve operated Hugh equipment in my day when I worked at an Orr mine and this Kubota cab is even better than most of the ones I operated.
I like this video showing the outside views of the tractor during snowplowing. I feel bad for upper management to stand outside in the cold. Hope all is well!
I agree with you about the cold but someone has to do it and she don’t want to operate the tractor and there’s only two of us here and she wants to do a video. She drew the short straw. 😂
Hi Paul, been watching your videos for sometime now, but I’ve always wanted to ask the question why did you leave your front fenders black instead of instead of painting them, orange, love your snow plowing videos
Thanks Ken. As for the fenders there’s no other reason for not painting them other than I like them black. Personally I think painting them orange would make them extremely tacky. Remember, opinions are like bellybuttons. Everyone has one 😉

John the tractor is a Kubota Grand L 5740. We bought it new. It’s a 60 Hp Turbo charged engine. It has around 450 hours on it. I’ve done some cool things to it such as designing it’s exhaust stack, moisture sensitive windshield so the wipers will activate when needed automatically, Grammer air ride seat, upgraded high output stereo, all LED lighting including a Whelan mini Justice top light-bar and a inferred 7” LCD colour monitor back up camera amongst another 50 mods lol. I’ve seen her fall backwards in the snow. I’ve told her to go in and she’ll say “ I got some nice shots here” The only way to keep her from doing this is for me not to go out. She’s one of a kind my friend. Thanks for being here. God bless.
After driving a local delivery truck for a welding supplier, it don't matter how many lights or alarms you have someone is going to say, " I didn't see you" Have great weekend!

Ol Blue did an ok job but there were times he just couldn’t get off the property due to all the snow and I had to call for back up but he did plow snow commercially for 13 years so he did good for us. There’s just no stopping the tractor. Thanks for watching.

Cool! Wish I had blower for my BX25D.
The BX can really throw snow.
I like the voice over as long as your voice is louder than the sound of the tractor, but I also like the in cab conversation too.
there’s a few growing pains with this new system but they will improve 😉
Love your videos but you should plow another driveway sometimes it would be more interesting to see with your tractor killer.
Not to worry. We’re not going to do any more plowing videos 👍
I'm thinking you should let Kathy sit in that warm cab while you film once in a while! You could at least mod a snow suit with an electric heater!
Man she’s as tough as you can get. 90% of the time she decides to come out on her own and video these things. I’ve seen her so cold she could hardly hold the camera. I’ve seen her fall backwards in the snow. I’ve told her to go in and she’ll say “ I got some nice shots here” The only way to keep her from doing this is for me not to go out. She’s one of a kind my friend. Thanks for being here. God bless.
After driving a local delivery truck for a welding supplier, it don't matter how many lights or alarms you have someone is going to say, " I didn't see you"
Have great weekend!
oh that’s very true but when it goes to court and the just says to the guy that hit you “ How could you possibly not have seen him”. You for the win. 👍
Be alot quick than ol blue would have done it back in the day
Ol Blue did an ok job but there were times he just couldn’t get off the property due to all the snow and I had to call for back up but he did plow snow commercially for 13 years so he did good for us. There’s just no stopping the tractor. Thanks for watching.
Need a generator update!
Well it’s still there. Still on standby if needed but since we put it there we’re about the only ones that never loose the power lol. It’s just the way it is, you prepare and it never happens 😂
thanks
You're welcome!
Kubota huh
You don't buy American, Paul?
All our tractors and motorcycles are Japanese. Always was and always will be.

dont like the outside shots when its cold or upper managment could be drinking hot chocolate by the fire.
Well she sure appreciated your comments. Thanks!
That’s not very much snow lol. This is all that Ohio gets. Heavy wet snow.
That’s the most we received in the last two winters and last night the Southerly winds and rain came and took it all again.

Yes by ye got a fare bit.
Yes my son. It’s up over me arse in places.
Money making machine right there.
Great video
Thanks for the visit
I wonder why you didnt order the tractor with the Nokian Tires..much better then the Agri tires you have on.
This tractor does more work during the summer months than in the winter and that’s why the industrial tires.
