Bob was a very close old freind of mine. An electric, crazy, wonderful man. I would say Rest in Peace, but knowing Bob, his version of Heaven would be plenty of action, laughs, and mixing it up.

i think this is underrated animation
when i saw this anime first time, it feels like imitation cowboy bebop and ghost in the shell sac series.
but after half of this series finished, it's changing concept to resident gathering together for protect their own city.
every main characters, villians and helpers fight together against one enemy is very creative plot to me. that's mood was very good

Two years later and it's still not on there...an acoustic version by Hinorobu Kageyama (the singer here) is on there, but it's not the same. It doesn't bring the raw emotion that this does.
