Thank you for this very informative and excellent channel with a seasoned approach to selling on EBay, I’m finding things have changed and putting good measures in place before listing will protect me as a seller. Subscribed & Shared with my EBay Family.
I received a negative feedback from a buyer saying they didn't get a item then confirmed they did receive it and said they'd ammended the feedback. Never did. I asked eBay to remove it and explained all situation and to look at the messages where the buyer agreed to change the feedback. eBay still refused to remove it. It's the only negative I have. I've found the English eBay representatives very good but as soon as you're past to anyone else from a different country it all goes tits up.
