You bring up some good points that I thought of myself but what it came down to was saving a few turns in exchange for picking up an item, menuing, and learning it. I did test it but it still wasn’t the best but I do believe it might have been a very minor time save on Aero at least.
Marowak. Slow but steady, especially if you beef them up with HP Ups. I'd taking a liking to it and Cubone over the years, and it's hard for me to play in Kanto without one. Brought a Marowak to the Elite Four when I first beat Blue, and am gearing up to do it again in Leaf Green. Let alone bringing it to rock Giovanni's world, and his Rockets, because of Lavender Town. In other words, I quite like Marowak. This will be a fun run. My prediction is that it'll have issues with getting in a hit, but will do decent enough in due time. Earthquake, Dig and Blizzard are no joke. Heck, Bone Club is also pretty cool, in spite of its accuracy.
Yea two signature moves is neat but it's almost cruel to not give any physical coverage and have several good special options despite them doing terrible in comparison to EQ.
Gotta love all those little things that hint at how incomplete the Gen1 games were before getting published, like that back sprite, which doesn't match the final design. Part of me can't help but wonder what things would have been like if they had been able to have more time polish the game and test it, but part of me is glad it got released at all.
I have actually! Yea, the start was rough and atm it's been the worst. I think Weezing or maybe something weird like Seaking could take it in the future. Exeggutor was awful as well and really close to Raichu but I'm going to have to touch that routing up in the future. Edit: I did Yellow Raichu. The Brock split was much easier and saves anywhere from 3-5 levels of grinding. I did a pretty thorough test on both and grinding all those levels early offset having to grind levels later when you had Thunderbolt.
I'm a few weeks behind on your videos ATM because I had burned myself out on pokemon content for a bit. Looking forward to catching up, but hopping back in on this one I have to comment on how clean the editing is looking! Also, you got me good with Gyarados sliding in with the menace typing at the beginning 😂.
Videos are around forever! There's always time to catch up. Tbh, I haven't watched many other creators recently either. I'm grinding to get ahead because I have irl stuff, work has been busy, and I got a long out of country trip in the summer and I don't want to miss content. I think the month where Jrose did a video every day and Scott followed suit burned me out. Now I just see if it's a Pokemon I like mainly. If it's like a gen 4 run or a gen 3 run, I generally pass.
As far as evolved pokemon go, I think raichu is gonna be the hardest if not impossible. Because raichu starts with t.wave, growl and t.shock and that's it.
Such a bummer they made Marowak' signature moves so bad. Bonemerang and Bone Club couldve been so cool. But like wow thanks for giving me a middling 65 pwr move with bad accuracy, and knock-off Earthquake with bad-accuracy
What's sad is that it's the only 'middle ground' Ground move in the game. Outside of Marowak, it's always Dig into Earthquake or you just don't use a ground move lol. It's really underrepresented.
Thanks Matt for doing Marowak! Many youtubers have done Cubone but this is the first time Ive seen this kind of Marowak solo run. It used to be one of my favourite pokemon when I was a kid. Not sure why. It has a cool mask though but the gen 1 back sprite is terrible. :D
I really like this run. It demonstrates why I like your videos so much, it's because of all the planning. Marowak is pretty weak for solo runs, but with meticulous planning that weakness translates into a higher time and higher level, but very few resets, and even then the run is not so slow. It's a really impressive run overall. Speaking of resets, you don't save between Elite 4s, right? If you do it's totally fine. But if you don't and you lost once to the champion, then you had to beat Lance twice, and resetting 4 times out of 6 is not bad, pretty much in line with the expected win probability
Nice. Appreciate that. Yea, I enjoy blind run, then refining it from there and showing that product, especially when it turns consistent. Some runs can't afford that luxury but I do always try. I started saving between Elite 4 members when I introduced resets as a metric. The resets tell the story of consistency more than that antiquated method, imo. I think it's more tedious than any sort of actual metric of how good the Pokemon is. Punishing a Pokemon that's severely weak to Gyarados and making it do 3 trivial battles just to get back to it does nothing other than waste my time as someone who does this for a hobby. I did it for a lot of my early videos but as I did it more and more it became grating. Like this or that battle is what I'm struggling on, beating Bruno for the 13th time didn't do anything other than delay when I can start editing the video.
@@GymLeaderMatt1987 I couldn't agree more. I'm glad you manage your time in a smart way that allows you to make more content, and you don't get stuck on that arbitrary rule. It would be necessary if you didn't do test runs, but you do. I was curious about it because I think I heard you say you don't save in an old video, and this wasn't consistent with the editing and the commentary. Now it all makes sense
Yea there was some runs well over a year ago I started thinking about it but I was essentially just doing a run or two and calling it day. Then I started doing 5-6 runs with some Pokemon and hated it. Then I got new software, etc. and added resets and it just redundant and arbitrary, like you said. Nowadays I hard limit myself to 3 runs, I run sims and move things around after a test run, and just keep the parameters the same for every run I do. Some exceptions occur like Friday's Cubone run where I did one run after I tested off camera once because it was so long.
I think seaking would be a slow Pokémon but idk because I don’t think anyone has made a video with it. Love the outlay today I actually watched your video and I think it’s the best world of having info but making it easy to watch. In your last video you mentioned going back to school. Congrats, are you finishing a degree or getting another one?
Thanks! Yea I have a style I wanted to stick to but wanted the viewer to get the information that I personally wanted to see during the run. Things like the stats, stage modifiers, moves, their effective power, PP, and bag space are all things I just look at a ton during my playthrough. Enemy stats are a bit more for the viewer though. I rarely look at those. As for school, I'm going back for a third! I have two associates now but want to go for something more 'hands off' because I do deal with technical things, I'd rather deal with more code.
I remember playing gen 1 like 15 after they came out and just felt like playing with seaking for the hell of it. When it learned waterfall I damn near fell out of my chair
Marowak would have a much easier time if held items were a thing in Gen 1 and it could use Thick Club like in Gen 2 😭 Not having its own boosting move also holds it back quite a bit, not to mention its Special being low enough to where Blizzard isn't really a viable option (side note: it's really weird that Marowak gets so much Special coverage in the first place!!! I first learned about how much Special coverage it gets in the PMD remakes).
Yea it gets a lot except things that matter like Thunderbolt lol. It's abysmal. I think all Pokemon would have an easy time if you doubled their attack, haha.
Wouldn't it have been more consistent if you used Mimic on Rival 6's Pidgeot to get Agility and deal a little more damage on Gyarados? (Though, granted, it's a tactic you'd not be able to use again)
What is funny is that I could've sworn Cubone and Marowak could learn Thunderpunch, but then I remembered that was Gen 2. And of course tradebacks would be unfair. But otherwise, yea, condensing the moveset is the best move, even on my somewhat large monitor it can be kinda hard to read if I'm just sitting a distance away from my computer watching the video. So I'm cool with that.
Yea there's no way I'm putting like a 75 length table of moves on a gen 2 video, haha. These overlays help me when I'm playing so not being able to read them just seems like a waste of time. I actually have a trade back Cubone run lol. I guess counting this run I've done 4 Cubone/Marowak things on the channel. This past Friday I redid Cubone on stream.
I think Electrode will be really good. We just did Voltorb and it was surprisingly quick for having drawbacks and Electrode starts with Sonic Boom so I think 3 1/2 or so could easily be done.
Great video! But I’m curious - whereabouts are you from (like, what region or state)? I’m trying to place your accent, which reminds me a bit of my grandfather’s!
I don't. It's a single stage evolution and would technically be considered a pre-evolution since it gets two evolutions later. When I say evolved I mean something that is an evolved Pokemon if it wasn't clear lmao.
If you did egg moves at least it would have had rock slide, still wouldnt have Made it good, but at least it would have been something. Is signature moves should have been able to hit flying types imo, shame gamefreak never thought of that.
I don't think it's because they didn't think of it, it's more that it wasn't possible in the old assembly code. Maybe gen 2 you could wizard something to work like that but it would be difficult. I could duct tape it and make it work in gen 1 but at that point it's just some fantasy about a move that isn't even what it does.
Personally I've long believed that Marowak should have been Ground/Ghost, not pure Ground. Reasoning: - The one NPC encounter of it in the entire game is the _ghost_ Marowak in Pokemon Tower, where it's a static enemy encounter and should be a ghost for lore reasons but isn't _treated as_ Ghost type mechanically - We already have Dugtrio and Sandslash as two-stage pure Ground types, who just do better all around as a glass cannon and a somewhat speedy physical attacker respectively. - If it's a ghost, that can explain how it passes its skull down to its baby Cubone. It doesn't still have the skull so much as the skull for a head is how its spirit looks, and that'd be badass (and letting one of the two signature attacks be Ghost type would also help) - Ghost is an underserved typing, especially in Gen 1; I more recently realized Ninetales should've been Fire/Ghost all along for a similar list of reasons.
I said the same on another comment. They rectified it in with gen 7 a little but the original should have had that typing. I think it would have been really strong. Maybe give it something like Confuse Ray and up the speed a little since it's a ghostly being.
@@GymLeaderMatt1987 If anything, Alolan Marowak having Ghost typing just makes it more obvious original Marowak should've had it, and Alolan Ninetales having a Fairy typing indicates regular Ninetales should've had _something_ signifying that it was a spiritual being (either being the first Fire/Fairy back in Gen 6 when lots of older mons were suddenly given that typing...or just being Ghost from the word go).
I mean, from the very start, it seems Game Freak wanted to make sure that being Ghost-type doesn't mean it's dead (it took until Gen 7 to ever establish that all Gengar are former humans). I might be misremembering, but even nowadays, more than half the Ghost-types aren't souls of the dead. Though I do agree that Ninetales could have been Fire/Ghost because it has always been associated with hexing.
@@llSuperSnivyll Considering Jellicent is Ghost type entirely for the sake of type diversity and Ninetales has lore relating it to spirits (pretty sure an old Pokedex entry said it was the spirits of several people coming together) in addition to the hexing, yeah there's a lot of good reasons for Ninetales to be Ghost type. The Let's Go games even have Vulpix spawn in Pokemon Tower due to kitsune yokai being associated with death in Japanese folklore. Fire/Ghost Kanto Ninetales would also be a good parallel to Ice/Fairy Alola Ninetales. Ninetales getting passed up for the ol' Retroactive Fairy Type stings a bit too.
I think that bonemerang is better than earthquake when u factor in the stab to the two hits u get. Not much better but could still matter in some cases
@Gym Leader Matt doesn't each hit get its own bonus thus making the second hit do a small amount over. I thought that's what Scott's thoughts used double kick for but I don't really remember I'm probably wrong. Had nothing else to say really.
It does but if a 50 power attack with STAB does 75 effective power twice, it's just the same as Earthquake's 150 effective STAB power. It's just a less accurate EQ. It's a shame that it is but it's a subpar move. Even if it did slightly more damage, 10% less accuracy is balls.
@Gym Leader Matt wasn't saying it was useful just thought it was different. I do think the lower accuracy is a problem but as far as worst fully evolved goes I actually think that it will end up being weezing because of the mono poison typing. Gen one hates mono poison
I think Marrowack was ok in gen 1, became mid once the thick club held item was added, but then became really good once it got it's alola form. I do actually prefer the Kanto design, it's nice earth tone colors are my thing
Nah, they are from Yellow. Vanilla Red/Blue is washed out and the sprites aren't the best and if you've been playing it for nearly two years you find ways to inject new color/sprites in the run. I often use gen 2 sprites or yellow sprites for my runs.
I dont think marowak is going last place. I think it will do fairly good mid game just the elite 4 and champion isngonna require some luck and erika kan be postponed till u got some lvls
Yo when you were against Rydon. The moveset was saying earthquake and dog where 300 power but you were doing body slam instead. Was that incorrect of your overlay?
I subscribe to the theory that kangeskahn was marrowak's third evolution. But why take it away? Was the idea of seeing a soon to die kangeskahn with its baby cubone deemed to traumatic? Why keep the concept going with a two stage evolution instead? Is it because cubone and marrowak are never seen together? The Mr fuji episode in the anime and the lavender tower part in the game are based on this tragic evolutionary line. So the concept must have been popular with the creators. I don't get it, why take away kangeskahn away from this line? They had a ton of unused designs so I don't think they needed to split the line up because because of quota shortage....
If I had to guess I'd say that two stages was just enough and the third wasn't distinguished enough to warrant it. It's the same reason Wartortle's line used to have a different 3rd and it was rolled into Blastoise later. I just think they thought Kangaskahn was better on it's own and I can't say I blame them. Remember the games came first and they had no clue what Pokemon would actually become so before the anime or anything, they just made a little decision from the beta and can't really go back.
Bonemmrang is a weird move, tho it gets used in comp sometimes. Still just weird it's not as good as EQ by itself. From what I've seen Marowak was a middle stage mon orginally. It's been a long time since I've seen leaked beta content. Tho it originally had a evo who's Japanese name translated to Guardian in which it sorta was like Kangaskhan. I'd imagine it either became it,or they scrapped it for being to similar and Murowak could stand by itself. Tho take that with some salt, beta pokemon is crazy
Yea I believe that picture I showed was the beta sprite that could have been the final evo but they don't ever explicitly state it. There was definitely more planned! Maybe the evo could have been even slower and had less coverage!
@@GymLeaderMatt1987I think that was a fan one,I remember it being a back Sprite only. Could be wrong or more beta stuff leaked and a front was made in a later beta. Kinda hope Guardian becomes a thing via a new evolution,I feel like it would be VERY well received and have a lot of potential. Tho that's just kinda what happenes a lot with older pokemon games. They remove so much more then something like gen 4 betas.
@@GymLeaderMatt1987 well then ghost types should of never added more lines than gengar since it was meant to be all encompassing for all dead pokemons.
I know for sure Pidgeot would SUCK. And oddly enough, Beedrill, at least when I did it, didn't have a good time, but I still had fun doing that one. Pidgeot? Took too long, and I was beginning to hate it.
@@GymLeaderMatt1987 Yep. Once you get Swords Dance, it becomes far more useful and easier to tear through the opponents. Beedrill can learn Mega Drain, but I wouldn't use it on anything that doesn't take x4 damage from it.
@@GymLeaderMatt1987 I feel bonemerang needed to be like double edge. If they had added just 10 to the base damage on both hits plus a flinch chance as bone club can flinch.
@@Aliyah_666 I like the effect but less than 100 accuracy is bad but it should have been 55 power or at least something like 52 power to be better since it's exclusive.
@@GymLeaderMatt1987 alright then, starting off with one then, I’d say Seaking (as that line has just been generally poor) or Arcanine/Raichu (as they dont learn anything through level up)
@@food_toobs8333 Nice. I think it might be Weezing but I don't have any plans for those runs yet. I think Arcanine and it's stats can get through with Dig/Body Slam at the core though. Raichu we've already done but it might just be.
@@GymLeaderMatt1987 Arcanine is my favorite Gen 1 Pokémon, so I can safely say that he’s good for the early/mid game but can really struggle in the late game, especially if he’s on a timer (still doesn’t matter to me, fire doggo is #1 in my heart). I’ll have to go watch the Raichu run! I think Weezing might surprise all of us, they’re pretty tanky, and while poison isn’t great, not a lot resists it in gen 1. Can’t wait for that video!
I’m not sure. It would have been better but in the coming months I’m going to reevaluate what the tiers mean. My Cubone stream has shown me my ranges might be wrong so I doubt rock slide would make it A tier.
It would be alright but Lance would still be tough because you can't really tank a Hydro well and it's first. It would make some difference but the same could be said for all Pokemon. Like if Onix got Swords Dance, you know?
I don't even have Beedrill or Electrode on my radar. I think Electrode will be rather good and with Swords Dance, I think Beedrill can be decent. I'm looking at things like Weezing/Seaking for potential bad ones but I think it's possible Raichu might keep the spot.
@@GymLeaderMatt1987 raichu can’t even hit Brock. Seaking isn’t great but shouldn’t be exceptionally bad. Weezing is at least a tank and starts with stab sludge. Beedrill is ok at best. But I got confused on sonic boom being lv 1 I thought it was 17 which would of make Brock super hard. I was wrong on that one. It’ll be meh.
I feel Pidgey will be the worst run, Abra notwithstanding. Its best moves are neither strong nor have secondary effects, so it's gonna have to rely on brute strengh, of which it doesn't have a lot and will be walled by every Rock Pokémon.
I think I was talking about evolved Pokemon! I think something like Koffing will take the cake here. There's lots of bad runs to get to but yea Pidgey won't be the most fun lol.
@@GymLeaderMatt1987 I'm certain it's gonna be Wigglytuff, most of the fully evolved Pokémon have the stats and move versatility. The secret is that it's just Dig, TM 28. It's been in front of you the whole time. A long time ago I changed it to Tombstoner and it was just more confusing to watch and the comments got annoying lmao.
I could I guess but it doesn't really further the main goal which is accurately rating this Pokemon with solidly planned out runs. Maybe as a goof but I have so little time to get a video out a week as it is.
I highly doubt it. It has the best grass move in the game, the moves to make the first quarter of the game trivial, and gets body slam and swords dance.
@@Bandorn To each their own. It was a long one. Generally the individual runs aren't much longer than a video. I fit an intro/run/break/run/outro into 2 1/2 hours but Cubone was 2 1/2 hours of just intro into a run lol.

Agreed, Gyarados menace was hilarious
@@adventureoflinkmk2 The big menace duo of Alakazam and Gyarados. Making runs worse since the beginning of time.
I could have sworn marowhack learned rock slide
It does later but not gen 1!
Today we learned that Cubone's mom was most likely murdered by a Gyarados.
Half of the Pokemon in these runs are murdered by Gyarados. The other half Alakazam, haha.
As far as evolved pokemon go, I think raichu is gonna be the hardest if not impossible. Because raichu starts with t.wave, growl and t.shock and that's it.
Yea, we've already done it and it wasn't the best but 4 hours isn't too bad. I think Weezing might take it tbh.
@Gym Leader Matt that was my second choice
Not excited about it but that sweet Galarian Weezing run can come after so it'll be alright.
Bonemerang deserved tu have a built in bypass to flying types. Or super effective against them
Definitely would have helped.
Just now realizing I’ve never seen marowak’s gen 1 back sprite before. Huh
Yea, it’s got that beta sprite.
Bonemerang has an advantage vs substitute but that's all I can think of.
@@Ravum true. So could help in yellow version against Agatha's Gengar, but otherwise just a bummer of a move
Yea it was left over from a beta design. Some back sprites for gen 1 are like that.
I think all Pokemon would have an easy time if you doubled their attack, haha.
i have nothing to comment so i will just say that my favorite pokemon is buizel.
Nice. Appreciate that, brother.
Wouldn't it have been more consistent if you used Mimic on Rival 6's Pidgeot to get Agility and deal a little more damage on Gyarados?
(Though, granted, it's a tactic you'd not be able to use again)
Maybe! It’s been a bit and I’m rusty on the run. I also think ice beam/probably blizzard for Lance is better as well.
19:00 I can't believe you didn't skip Blaine. *throws fit*
Lmao, get in line.
I think the worst evolve run would probably be Electrode
I think Electrode will be really good. We just did Voltorb and it was surprisingly quick for having drawbacks and Electrode starts with Sonic Boom so I think 3 1/2 or so could easily be done.
Would you consider doing an Alolan Marowak? What would a ghost-fire type look like in Gen 1?
This summer! All gen 7 runs likely from June-July.
Great video as always!

Hot damn 7 resets? That's better than I thought.
Yea! Almost all of them Gyarados induced haha.
@@GymLeaderMatt1987 That pokemon is the bane of most runs existence lol
That or Alakazam!
9:26 Marowakulously you could say
Love it, lol.
Not that bad considering the factors it had to deal with.
Yea, this is one of the last runs with wild encounters. I had to do an addendum for a lot of runs to account for the saved time in the actual ratings.
Alolan Marrowack, definitely my favorite alternate form
It’s definitely one of mine too! I don’t think the run will be the best but it’ll be fun.
Yes. I think probably porygon would be the worse idk if you consider it fully evolved but I just think it would be.
I don't. It's a single stage evolution and would technically be considered a pre-evolution since it gets two evolutions later. When I say evolved I mean something that is an evolved Pokemon if it wasn't clear lmao.
I didn't think it would be the worst just because Brock wouldn't be terrible - maybe something like arbok which might struggle early and late game?
I'm excited to try Arbok. I refuse to believe it can be that bad. My guess is on Raichu that we've already done, Weezing, maybe Seaking.
@@GymLeaderMatt1987 Oh, i didnt mean the old gens, but they never did it in newer gens either, so Maybe they didnt really think about it.
@@et34t34fdf They did! Zygarde's Thousand Arrows can hit airborne Pokemon.

I feel like arbach or wheezing might be really bad when it comes to fully evolved. Pokémon. Poison typing just sucks
Weezing might be awful but I think Arbok will have a solid showing. It has some interesting moves.

The only way to do it!
That mirror move body slam tho

I think Marowak will beat the eggs bc it doesnt have terrible speed and moves like earthquake and body slam
Yea, the eggs need a redo one day but Marowak did pretty solid overall!
Just having rock slide would help so much let alone swords dance so he's probably gonna be the worst fully evolved
Raichu survived so far and is still the worst. You just can’t overcome a Brock split like that.
nice run, layout and video =)
Thanks! Appreciate that.
Personally I've long believed that Marowak should have been Ground/Ghost, not pure Ground. Reasoning:
- The one NPC encounter of it in the entire game is the _ghost_ Marowak in Pokemon Tower, where it's a static enemy encounter and should be a ghost for lore reasons but isn't _treated as_ Ghost type mechanically
- We already have Dugtrio and Sandslash as two-stage pure Ground types, who just do better all around as a glass cannon and a somewhat speedy physical attacker respectively.
- If it's a ghost, that can explain how it passes its skull down to its baby Cubone. It doesn't still have the skull so much as the skull for a head is how its spirit looks, and that'd be badass (and letting one of the two signature attacks be Ghost type would also help)
- Ghost is an underserved typing, especially in Gen 1; I more recently realized Ninetales should've been Fire/Ghost all along for a similar list of reasons.
I've been watching your videos for the past few months and never once left a comment, but that will change today.
Nice. Finally glad to have the extra support!
Beedrill , fearow or vileplume run ? 🎉
Fearow/Dodrio will likely be after summer and the others will follow sometime after that but no hard dates or anything just yet!
I think that bonemerang is better than earthquake when u factor in the stab to the two hits u get. Not much better but could still matter in some cases
How do you figure? It's the same total power with less accuracy.
The Elite 4 loves it! I think it'll be pretty bad. If not, Raichu has it locked down. It's start is just brutal.
Whoa, Brock kamuied into existence before the battle!
Brock did what now? lol
@@GymLeaderMatt1987 he did what that guy Obito from Naruto does
Ha, gotcha.
Fun fact: marowak can beat Tauros if it has thunderbolt instead of blizzard. The standard bs/hyper beam/ eq/thunderbolt
It definitely would have been helpful this run.
Marowak is the middle stage between Cubone and kangaskhan lol
Perhaps but it's lost in the ether at this point.
It actually had a different stage 3 evolution than kangaskhan. The back sprite for it has been unearthed.
I think Marrowack was ok in gen 1, became mid once the thick club held item was added, but then became really good once it got it's alola form. I do actually prefer the Kanto design, it's nice earth tone colors are my thing
I like the Alolan form a lot and I'm excited for that run. I don't think it'll translate really well but I'll enjoy it.
Awesome video! Crazy question, but I feel like these sprites are from Yellow. But the title says Red/Blue. I feel like I'm going crazy!
Nah, they are from Yellow. Vanilla Red/Blue is washed out and the sprites aren't the best and if you've been playing it for nearly two years you find ways to inject new color/sprites in the run. I often use gen 2 sprites or yellow sprites for my runs.
@@GymLeaderMatt1987 Thank you so much for answering me! I feel much better! Time to play catch up and watch all other videos!

I want Marowak to do better than Egg Tree
No spoilers but Raichu still has the mark to beat!
Excellent run for what you had brother.
Yea, my favorite type of run is using the tools to get a solid run.
Maybe! I'm not too keen on actually playing the newer Pokemon games though but like looking through the Pokemon for sure.

I think Beedrill will be solid. Swords Dance with a decent signature move. Something like Double Edge could carry it fairly hard I think.
@@GymLeaderMatt1987 Yep. Once you get Swords Dance, it becomes far more useful and easier to tear through the opponents. Beedrill can learn Mega Drain, but I wouldn't use it on anything that doesn't take x4 damage from it.

I just thought of something and that is that Ground types should have a move called Neutron star/Lead/Gold. Which makes the gravity around them have a magnitude that is great enough to pull Gayrados to the Ground and thus make your Ground type moves kill it.
Already done. It's called Thousand Arrows and it's for Zygarde introduced in gen 8 I believe.
Sadly its just as "GOOD" as Cubone and by that I mean it kind of sucks but at least it can still learn Dig/Earthquake.
Haha, Marowak is similar to Cubone???
yes they have similar stats/lv up moves and most of their lv up moves SUCK that's why Earthquake/Dig are their best moves once you can use both.
I feel Magneton is the worst evolution
It has 120 base special! I think it'll do good.
