Hi, I always wanted to see the Bad Lands & now through you, I got that chance. I love that you always show sunrises & sunsets...I used to live close to the Susquehanna river, & II would drive there too see them....Your a Phillies fan did you ever go to see them I am a Pirate fan, but most of my friends were Phillie fans so when ever Pittsburgh cam to town we would go together... I know I always say this butt I truly mean it, stay safe out their ❤
It's definitely a unique experience and significantly less crowded than most parks. I've gone to sooo many Phillies games! It's what made me fall in love with baseball. It's fun to watch on TV, but the atmosphere of a game in person is incredible. Just so much fun, it's one of the things I miss most from living in PA! I hope you're still going to games!!
This was awesome! I loved stopping there on my way across the country. My kids were little the first time and teenagers the second. Pretty cool to see you there. Its a really special place! I have always wanted to travel. My mom when she was 18/19/20 got to travel from Massachusetts to Seattle Washington and got to sleep in the badlands. This was the early 80s and she just had the best experiences. Good luck with your adventures.

Rosa, I’m not sure if you’re aware of this, but Badlands are where most dinosaur fossils are found. And interestingly, most of them are found by the public! The only caveat is there is a process of reporting them to the park but once they have been removed, the park will give a 3-D image to the founder. Just a little nugget of info to anyone who is interested in that kind of thing and may be going to the Badlands in the future.
I like sunrises too, but they are appearing a bit early these days. Like the rattlesnakes in AZ. 😊 Time to find a little cooler climate. Nice shootin' w/drone, and those scary trail shots. 😬

It's definitely one of the lesser known national parks. And honestly, after you come face to face with your first bear/mountain lion/moose, you kinda get used to it lol I'm way more scared of people and cities than nature ❤️

This BLM Land is just south of Wall, South Dakota. We camp here each time across the state to go further west & on the return east. If you stay long enough to catch a storm right here, you're in for some fun. But be prepared to be scared for your life as well. Storms coming thru can be quite abrupt & violent. I love South Dakota!

My baseball life in Philadelphia: When Phila. had 2 teams, the Phillies & Athletics, I first at 10 years old saw the A's in Shibe Park, the name was later changed to Connie Mack Stadium.....I saw Connie Mack as a manager at 90 with a Top Hat...... After the A's moved to Kansas City then I would get to see the Phillies in Connie Mack Stadium... They later moved to Veteran's Stadium, that's where I saw all the rest of the games..... In 1979, I helped start a non-profit High School Basketball rating service that rated teams, in 5 States, that's why I went to Virginia so much...... Then from 1998 to 2005 while I was working in Lancaster & in the fall I would take a vacation day either Friday or Monday sometimes both & drive to Hampton, Virginia to help coach the Hampton High Football team.... Now I set in this Personal Care Place watching games & following nomads on RUclips… I only wish I could go to games..... That's my story…. Sorry for boring you…

One of the things I remember about my visit to Badlands was the absolute lack of any human noise, it was great, amazing scenery too.
