carburetor trouble ayaw umandar rescue

I've got a call from one of our motorcycle club member,that he said his motorcycle is suddenly stop and when he try to start his motorcycle it will neverstart again ,so he call me what to do his motorcycle and i go to her place to check and i found it first that his sparkplug is busted,so i change and the 2nd is the manifold of his carburetor is open thats the another reason,so i put something a little paper to the opening hole to make it close for temporary and the motorcycle start again continuously.
