Hopefully we can get some updated screamer turbo footage on that truck. That truck looks like a beast and would love to see more of it. And this video deserves a like. Thanks for sharing.
Eating turbos isnt normal, its the oil system, your friend needs to really take a look at his oil circulation, get a manual oil pressure gauge (not a digital one) and run a line into the cab or to the hood so he can see the pressure in real time with a manual gauge, and he should get some AN line and build a custom oil feed line for his turbo, id bet either his oil pump isnt running at 100% or most likely his oil feed line to his turbo isnt big enough to properly feed turbos, its that or the wastegate/ blow off valve isnt working correctly but I'd bet a larger oil feed line will fix his turbo "eating" issue 💙 a lot of people will upgrade their turbo and not upgrade the feed line and most any upgrade to the turbo needs a larger feed line to properly deliver oil to the turbo, ecen the stock turbo benefits from a larger line. hope he gets it figured out because it shouldnt be eating turbos
This turbo has been pretty solid sense we got it back on the truck, I think a lot of his trouble came from using remans from the parts stores but so far so good but I do agree with you if it happens again we will take a hard look at the oiling system.

Thank you!! I appreciate it 🙏 I'm going to show as much as I can for sure
I'm a lot like you, I'll help a small group of people with anything at anytime, but I never ask for a return.
I never ask and never expect. It's just the way I'm wired I guess
@@Cargill450 I'm the same way, I go out of my way to help people, or offer my skills, and don't keep a count on people.

Does this mean I gotta give you my 369 so you can try it?
I'm honestly still not sure what I am going to do yet
