In this tutorial, we'll cover everything you need to know about the simple yet powerful Neon and Glow tool. The many creative uses for this tool go far beyond simple laser and neon effects.

Another fantastic lesson! I almost always use it as PS plugin. Mostly because I can drop a Nikon NEF to library, but doesn’t allow to edit. No idea why.

I've been using inner glow to brighten up dark objects. This video shows me there's so much more to that tool. :)
I've used the glow on Fungi pictures, they create an inner light, as if there is a bulb inside, but While I've played with images to learn the controls I don't envisage using them for real, not by bag, but good to know.

When I get creative and pretend to be an artist, I make the picture worse. So I'll never use a tool like this.
Yes, it certainly depends on your direction with editing. While this isn't one for the purists I've still found quite a few uses for it in more mainstream editing rather than just neon effects (like the waterfall mist I showed at the end).
