My dad was one of Gacy's victims who escaped. My dad was grabbed from somewhere and he woke up in a guy's car, that he recognized - he was just a kid himself at the time... Unfortunately, my dad didn't realize until after the news broke out, that the guy who kidnapped him and did god knows what to him when he was unconscious but unfortunately my dad didn't get away unscathed. Due to the trauma of this event and my grandparents on that side being pretty shitty parents, my dad wound up gaining a myriad of mental health issues....
When I was born he was extremely protective of me and later on saved me from an SA attempt by a boy in my neighborhood before he could touch me... No one saved my dad, but he saved me.
My father's last meal, the night he passed away from cancer five years ago was Arroz Con Gandules made by his wife and died surrounded by me, my mother and my godfather... Cancer stole my dad and Gacy's trauma destroyed my dad's mental health that he didn't get a handle on until I was almost 19. I blame that man the most for the things that haunted my father's mind for decades.

The Douglas Franklin wright case had me infuriated, how did he slaughter two women and molest a child and got out in 12 years and do the same shit TWICE, Oregon’s judicial system is fucked off for that, plenty of people got death sentences for much less smh

I imagine his case was why they slowly but surely changed the laws. Some of these people are just irredeemable. Murder several members and violate a boy, then get released after 10 years. Unbelieveable. It's like back in the day, the legal system was like, "Well, they're dead so let's not punish the living murderer too much."

About a decade ago or so ago, out of just pure curiosity and fascination, I looked up several death row meals and the criminals who ordered them for a while, and always wondered how said meals would look like in real life, given how huge, creative, weird, unusual, or underwhelming they would be when I read them. So I want to thank you VERY MUCH, Josh for doing this! This series has been informative, fascinating, and very entertaining to watch. 👍👍👍👍👍
Thank god you took out the intro to each of them. Sometimes you get compilations of the creator's shorts and they don't even bother to properly edit it and just slap all of their videos together into one montage and you have to hear the intro 70 times.

3 slices of buffalo chicken pizza with 1/2 gallon of metropolitan ice cream, Hershey’s syrup and whipped cream topped with a bunch of maraschino cherries for desert. A huge glass of root beer or creme soda to finish it off.

I feel bad for Philip Workman. He sounded like a desperate man in a bad situation, but made it even worse when he killed a cop. At least he tried to do something good for the community as his final wish.

Thank you for taking the time to compile and edit out all the introductions out of these shorts. Many RUclipsrs create engaging shorts that can be grouped into series, and while most of them have the content, they are often too lazy to compile and organize it effectively. Bravo.

My Death Row meal will be
2 Orange Vanilla Cokes
2 Root Beers
1 Red Velvet Cupcake
1 Red Velvet Cookie
1 Bowl of Panera Mac and Cheese
1 Large Cup of Birthday Cake Ice Cream.
I know it seems insignificant but I'm in an area that completely stopped giving out bags to people and seeing the amount of plastic bags used for so little food each time is shocking. It only took a few years (four or five) for this to become shocking. It's weird how our perspective changes with time. I do miss having free garbage bin liners though
My final meal would be:
- Pepperoni Pizza from Pizza Hut
- Burger King 8-pc chicken nuggets
- Two orders of Burger King fries
- 8 mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce
- 20oz bottle of Cherry Coke
- 20oz bottle of Mountain Dew Frostbite
- 20oz bottle of Pibb Xtra
- A slice of chocolate cake
- A pint of mint chocolate ice cream
- 3x King Size Reese’s Cups
Some states limit the meal to food items that can be reproduced in the kitchen, like you won't get a Pizza Hut pizza, but a pizza just like it made by the prison kitchen staff.
C tier
15:31 this case absolutely disgusts me. This man violated two young boys, and didn't get the death penalty. Truthfully, the judge was just plain stupid, moronic, idiotic, whatever you call it. May all those killed by these monsters rest in peace.
