Mod 5 is also 3 bit counter but it will count only 0 to 4. And 3 bit counter maximum counting range is 0 to 7. Still any doubt u can ask . Keep watching

An up counter starts counting from small no to large no. During the process, the counter tweaks the LSBs (for eg; 000, 001, 010,.....the LSBs are changed ) so isn't Tc the LSB and Ta the MSB in counter as well? (Because an up counter should start making changes in the LSBs to count in the ascending order)
U r right LSB bit will change at every clock . And variables choice totally upto u. I have taken c as lsb and when we draw the counter 1st ff work as lsb
