That ole truck just looked so natural driving down the road in the middle of the woods, I've been through hope Arkansas many times and that's a wooded area too. Cool y'all!
I have also been through Hope, Arkansas many times. Unfortunately it is the birthplace of Bill Clinton, so it is likely cursed.

@@geraldscott4302 you got that right 👍
knew how to make cars before
They from Arkansas?
I’ve got to be honest I’m a little bummed you didn’t get to keep this truck after all the hard work you guys put into it. I doubt the owners would have ever done anything but let it rot into the ground, yet you guys still fixed it up and gave it back in running condition. God bless you for being good folks. 👍🏻
This could be an awesome format though too. Rescuing others abandoned vehicles. Family keepsake vehicles and such.
That's what I was going to say geez
@@SuncoastCreate yes, like the guys who clean up overgrown yards and don't charge.
I felt the same way. I'd be disappointed also if (after all that hard work) it just ended up back to square one...sitting to rot in the overgrowth again.
They are getting tons of money from adsense monetisation of their videos. Please wake up to how the world works before it swallows you up!
The designer of that front end had a vision, the curves of each panels just is craftsmanship at it's finest. Great job on the truck.
I agree! These were some of the most attractive designs of the time.
Noops! They made sweet cars back then. So that car is green? There is no possible way I will have this truck repainted. Just beautiful.
Puts modern design to shame.
absolutely
Good to see a old pickup truck get her cleaning , I love watching fellers like you bring back memories.
What a transformation! Would really like to see that old truck fully restored. First truck I ever drove when I was about 8 years old on the farm was a 1948 international. I couldn't look out the windshield and work the clutch at the same time because I was so small, but was able to get where I needed taking my time. Love these old trucks and would love to get my hands on one, if not for the memories.
You probably had to stand up to shift like I did, after the clutch lol. I can remember that too!
My Dad had a 1948 KB1 that I remember so vividly, I would ride standing up next to Dad on a green naugahyde seat cover. He'd keep his right arm around me and reach through the steering wheel with his left arm to shift gears. We live in Terrell, TX, not far from you guys. This video brought back some precious memories!! Thanks from the bottom of my heart!
Can’t believe how Awesome it turned out. Great job bringing another one back from the grave!!!
Still one foot in if it can't touch the highway.
Thank you folks for all your hard work bringing back it old girl! She’s a little old & rusty, but she’s alive!
That was super satisfying seeing the whole rescue and restoration. LOVE THE CARE THAT YOU ALL PUT INTO AN ABONDONED OLD TRUCK! SENDING LOVE, PEACE AND MUCH MORE FUN TO COME TO YOUR FAMILY!
Wow. Thanks heaps guys that really brings back memories. About 28yrs ago I found a 1937 D2 International pickup and believe me it was in slightly worse condition than the one in your movies. The motor ran very well considering it’s history, in fact all the running gear was still useable. The brakes had to be fully reconditioned. The grill had about 1/4 of the chrome mouldings and all the rest were under the seat, not one missing. It was NOT a wellside . But when finished it looked great with a timber deck, side boards and headboard. Ok here’s the part of the story that’s probably not what most would expect.
This truck’s long life is set in New Zealand’s South Island.. NZ is in the South Pacific. I sold it (with much regret)about 18yrs ago due to a health problem . The last I heard it was living in the southern city of Dunedin..
That was mind blowing....couldn't stop watching this. Love the way your guys brought this old rig back and sympathetically restored her. Credit to you.
America was and is still Beautiful. Y’all proved that today and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Chris in Georgia
Brilliant guys! That old International seems to be a gem coming out of a time warp. Boiled linseed on those ancient surfaces and the fortuitous truck repair company logos just make the old girl a real winner.
It makes me so happy to see these ole trucks fixed up and rollin again. It’s what the poor ole machines deserve. Y’all keep up the good work
That closing shot was kind of eerie looking.. Very cool!!!
Saludos desde ecuador 🇪🇨 no entiendo tu idioma te felicito por aver recuperado una reliquia por darle vida y colorido
GREAT clean-up job! I'm hopeful that the owners will see fit to restore that truck completely!
Beautiful truck with beautiful, good people! You folks are living my dream!
Great job buddy!!! I love older trucks!!!! It’s awesome that you saved it!!!!💯⭐️✊🌍😆☮️🌳🙏👍🏻❤️❤️🌊
The cleaning was my favorite part. Thanks for bringing her back to life
The entire bed's from a prewar or early postwar Dodge. That old Cornbinder could have come as a flatbed and they decided they wanted a box at some point or maybe the original just got worn to rags hauling all that heavy metal for the machine shop. Great truck. I suspect the owners might decide they were wise not to sell it
I won't go into suddenly losing my dad before I had the opportunity to spend quality time with him like you.gentlemen. Watching you 2 shows me how it would've been. We inherited his '65 Sport Fury that he bought brand new. That along with a rare 3-speed '72 340 Duster that he bought in '74. My family says he bought the Duster knowing how rare it would be when he passed it down. He left us a '78 F150. My sons and I get to enjoy these cars which humbles me. Great show, keep it up.
So, I was shopping on eBay, for a pair of sparkly heels to go with the sparkly dress I'm planning to wear for our church's Christmas cantata, when I got a notice for this video! You know, that truck is so: "Small Town Thanksgiving Parade, carrying the 12ft Christmas tree to City hall" worthy!
Awesome to see y’all Wyatt, Lance & Christian. That Ole Girl turned out nice. Thanks for the video. Cheers from Southern California to Bogata, Texas.
What a great job not giving up on this International pick up! There is no way I would have kept going on the engine. I would have give up on it but you guys didn't!
Fantastic job all, another old girl rescued 👍🏼🇬🇧
That Patina though, excellent work getting her back up and running and looking great!
These were unbelievably underrated trucks . Our family had a 48 KB1 new in 48. Wasn't fast but hell for leather sturdy. My dad loved it. Ours was the same forrest green. That green was probably the most common color in that era . Or black.
Glad you guys did another video on this truck. Not that I'm biased toward the color or anything; it came out pretty cool, especially with the linseed on it. I can only imagine the owners were happy to see it drive and looking so much better. Maybe they'll keep in contact with y'all on how it's going as they work on it.
One day jade, one day
Best wishes for the RESTORED channel from INDONESIA 🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩
That International looks very nice.
Awesome guys restoring this vantage pick up truck running after half a century! CONGRATULATIONS!
It's really nice of you and your family to spend so much time on a vehicle that you may never own.
Gostei 👍 belo trabalho
Amazing work! It is startling to see how much difference a deep clean can make. You truly brought this one back to life!
My Dad had a 63 International pickup on the farm when I was little. We called it "The Binder". The shift throw spanned counties. Right against the dash to toughen up your knuckles 😆 Built like a tank. Sold it to his buddy when I was in high school. I think it's still running and driving today. :)
Great video friend!
Oh my! What an amazing job!
From the woods to that!!!
Would love to see the owner's reaction.
Hello everyone good 😊 to see all of you'll again old school truck American made
She looks incredible considering how rusty she was before y’all started working. Looking forward to seeing whether the owners repaint and restore it to factory or leave the patina. Love the door sign paint. Hope y’all are at least able to bring that back!
The owners ain't gonna maintain that truck
Quenching the old truck with love and when all of you were applying soap the front look of truck was as if oldie was loving all the care after so many years.
LOVE that you DROVE it back onto the owners property!
When you think of the boys that just got back from WWII and probably were on the assembly lines that built this thing, what a magical piece of history you have preserved and rescued to live another life. Amazing work!
Probably many more women than men on the assembly lines during WWII...
Ooh man, I want this truck. Great job getting her running. You guys did great work.
They literally brought her back to life. I call your work love, excellent work, it couldn't have been better.
That was pretty sweet! Right on Guys!
Great job saving a beautiful piece of American History. Really enjoyed seeing something positive like this.
So fun watching the transformation. Glad you are trying to preserve the aged qualities of this cool truck. Would love to see the reaction of the owners when you return it. I have an 1939 I am just beginning to restore. I am learning by watching you all and getting some great ideas.

Surprisingly dramatic effect! Amazing what a simply cleaning and wipedown with BLO will do. I'd love to see her fully restored to her former glory, with a complete strip down of all the parts, sandblasting and fully painting even the parts that will be unseen after re-assembly, re-chrome, the works. Oh and speaking of BLO, always be careful with the used rags. That stuff's notorious for spontaneous combustion, especially in cotton rags, as it generates heat when it dries, and the rag serves as an insulator for letting the heat build up.
What a beautiful truck. God Bless y'all
New to the channel enjoyed viewing all 3 videos of this transformation. 54-year-old Born and raised and still live in the city I never known what country living is like. But watching this gave me a feeling i was there helping you cleaning out the truck. Thank you for sharing that experience. Hopefully in the near future your able to completely restore this truck. Best regards
Amo vídeos de restauração, amo ver coisas antigas voltando a funcionar novamente 🤩
As you all began cleaning then washing you could almost see the truck smile...and be proud once again ... Abolsutly amazing work and commitment...
Beautiful. Always so good to see an old rig like that brought back to life. Nice work. Shame the owners didn’t want you to do a full restoration on it.
Did the owners outright reject a full restoration of tye vehicle, or were they just unwilling/unable to pay for it?
Proves, once again, the family is the foundation of America's greatness. 👍
You guys did some amazing work on this truck getting it into some usable shape. I also hope y'all got paid for it, because the ol' "we're not ready to sell yet" just screams "we're gonna leave it in the woods yet again", along with the classic "we're gonna restore it some day" while the truck just rots out to no end.
This is a good thing you guys did. Merry Christmas!
Possibly one of the most mesmerizing two videos I've watched on RUclips ever. This was just flat out great. Would love to know what it took to get the engine cranking and getting power to the ground it looks like it might not be that bad
The best patina I've seen in years!!! Like others say!! Do it with all your vehicles!!!
Really enjoyed seeing the transformation, Great work !
🇧🇷 Brasil essa caminhonete é uma relíquia
What a transformation you guys carried out on this old truck! Absolutely amazing! 🍺 from the UK
You guys are wonderful! Loved your job! Just rewinded to its last day of service! If the owner is alive, he love you until his or her last breath.
Wow! Great team effort on this one. Truly amazing and entertaining. Even my wife who is not a gear head like me was completely glued to the screen on this one. Killer production and editing as well.
history brought back to life, such richdom if your able to do that.its such a beauty, think of what that car has lived through in its years from showroom to scratch, and now reborn! thanks. love this stuff greats from the Netherlands
Que preciosidad de camión, me encanta!!👌👍
Es camioneta no camión.
THANK THE LORD... FINALLY ... you cleaned it up... You guys are great at what you do... but jeeze man I always try to give em a sweep off and clean out before loading on my trailer... I never want to be having crap blowing off on other cars while going down the road... In Alabama the cops will stop you for that...LOL...I've found that pressure washing or better yet... steam cleaning the vehicles body and under carriage and especially the engine area before I try to do any work on them seems to seep water into the rust and help loosen bolts and nuts, ... which it also make it easier to see every thing....and cuts down on rodent dust.... 50 years of doing what you're doing has taught me...anything that helps is worth taking the time doing... Your videos of this ol tuck from rescue to clean up are Great... Keep on Truckin folks ! !
Amo ver restaurações, principalmente de objetos bem antigos, como essa caminhonete. Eles são incríveis.
Wow I never would have guessed that ol girl would have turned out so beautiful!! Truly amazing what y'all did fantastic job. I truly appreciate and enjoy watching you guys and gal do your thing!!💪😎👊
What you all have done with this old pickup is amazing! I hope you all get a chance to buy it. Would love to have it for myself. Keep up the awesome work!
These Guys are good, I could not believe that they could make an old thing look so new, good job Guys.
That was a great revival y'all did good !
What a wonderfull restore, from the beginning to the end, I remember when you said, this old truck wants to out of here and get going ! yiu sure had that right, thanks for letting us come along !
I was hoping to see the owner's reaction. How about that was as amazing as the truck turned out. Great content.
Aggreed. Especially if it has generational history. What a swell Christmas indeed.
Man that patina on that ole truck is just beautiful! Love what you guys did with it!
It looks good guys great job can't wait for the next video
Great job you all. I just have a thing for those ole trucks. Love the show. Great family atmosphere. May God Bless you.
Simply amazing. Soooo satisfying to watch. I was a bit worried about you guys blowing all the mouse poop out without masks, but that aside I really don't think you guys could have done this revival any better! Hope the owners know just what they got from your generous efforts! Well done.
I'm loving this a dream car.
What a transformation great job. Is there going to be a video when you return it? Seeing the owners expression would be awesome.
I love, love, love this old girl. Probably my favourite patina'd car ever
You guys are amazing and the truck looks amazing after all that time especially the patina. Love you guys.
truly BLESSED to be able to do what you LOVE and have FAMILY around you helping out and having a good time making memories. TGBTG TO GOD BE THE GLORY. I really love how humble you are and u rock brother, keep up the AWESOMENESS and ill keep watching. Tell your sis she is doing a GREAT JOB as well and the patience of dear old dad is always fun to watch

That came out so nice, wow 😳, great job 👌🏻
Very cool transformation from what was pulled out of the site to the running cleaned up version. I am sure the family will appreciate that it’s running again and looks so cool
incredible. Cab looks good, bed could probably be ditched, looks like it's been beat to hell but just my opinion. Curious to see what (if any) work will be done to stabilize the frame!
Great to see the group together. Sister Christian should link this video to her channel to keep the views going.
Owners should give u that truck!!! You've done what they'd never be capable of👏👏👏
AWESOME! This old girl needs to be back on the road and pampered!
Can not wait always love your videos 😁😁😁😁💟
Looks really great. And it was nice to see Kristen get her hands on some of the work. She needs to get involved with the rebuild.
Would be nice to see the owners reaction
Wow, what a beautiful transformation.
It's amazing how the brightwork shone thru all those decades of neglect.
Now the whole truck shines thanks to y'all and yer hard work.
A living breathing time capsule of a bygone era... 👍
Хотелось бы увидеть процес полной и детальной реставрации этого авто!😋
Just found the channel and I am amazed seeing this KB 1, when I was a kid my father had a 47 KB-5 long bed. The sheet metal in those trucks were real steel, also remember that it was the same color, apparently paint surplus from WWII.
definetly a patina truck
LOVE that old truck ... and that young lady has a wonderful personality. Nice to see.
