Ok wasn't a big fan of Shaffir until I heard him say that he thinks Conor is sort of ducking. Spot on sir. Schuab was on the Diaz/Conor trilogy so hard, now admits what many have been saying...you can get that fight any time and there's not as much demand as initially he thought. Any fight Conor's in will do well, it really says something if he's calling out Diaz and not Ferguson (or Lee I guess now, even Khabib). Good shit Ari. He recognizes what many see, while Big Brown is in the circle and gets narrow-minded.

Brendan should know as well as anybody (because he was a UFC fighter), that if you make a public statement it becomes admissible in court. The problem w/ Jones' situation (assuming he's innocent which...who we can't really assume anymore but for this arguments sake), if he points to a supplement that he got at GNC, and they test it and find no trace of it in his system, that only makes him look worse.
Any lawyer will tell you to remain silent throughout this process, until all the facts are in. In this case, there was a long period of time between the results of the A and B tests. What happens if the B test comes in and it comes up with something completely different? If I were Jones' lawyers, and my client was adamant about his innocence, I'm getting every single thing he says he put in his body (again, assuming he's being truthful), and testing it independently with the same level of accuracy as USADA/WADA. Get all of the evidence they can from their end, to counter it in an appeal.
What Schaub is suggesting is winning in the court of public opinion, which amounts to jack and shit with regards to his Professional career. You want to build the strongest case for your innocence for where it matters, the overseers of the sport that you exist in. The public opinion may come back, but, and there are many examples of this, it may never come back. That's not something you really want to invest much time into.
