    Does the fishing line not get cut through from the sharpness of the pipe where you drilled through it, over time?

      I have had them for a long time and only had them break a few times after many years outdoors. I try to sand the hole so there is not a sharp edge.

      I use jewelry crimp beads. just be careful if you use round ones ( I prefer the tubes) They can cut the line if crimped too tight.
