  • I am simply in love with this "Deep Ocean Ring" I made. I hope it can be an inspiration for other UV resin crafts you make. Having fun with the colors was the most amazing part because you can create tons of shades by yourself. Enjoy!

    Precautions when working with UV dip resin (or any kind of UV resin, from my point of view):
    ⭐ Wear suitable equipment: gloves, vapor mask, and goggles.
    ⭐ If you use the UV lamp in several positions, be careful not to get it in your eyes. You can protect yourself by wearing UV glasses/ goggles.
    ⭐ A well-ventilated area/ room is preferred. Either you have a fan that ventilates to an open window or a smoke extractor. The harmful chemical process is the one during the drying of the lamp, from the first seconds. An airy room is perfect.
    ⭐ Do not place the open box under the UV lamp or UV rays near the window, and do not place the open box in an outdoor space until it will harden directly into the box.
    ⭐ Close the lid of the box tightly, you can do this by drying the lid on the lamp and removing the resin, which you can no longer use. This way, you clean it well, and you can attach it to the box again.
    Even if these details are known, sometimes we forget how important it is to take care of our health, and it is good to remember.
    Create with joy! ❤

    Is there a specific wire you're meant to use like no tarnish wire? I used some wire and used uv reisin, but the resin just slid through and didn't hold

      Only UV Dip Resin is suitable for this kind of technique. Any other regular UV resin will not stay on the wire loop.

      @CRAFTEKA I used crafteka bought it on etsy but it didn't stay so I'm I doing something wrong? Or I can use any wire?

      How big are your wire loops? Did you put some veins on the petals to sustain the resin? What is the size of your wire?

      @CRAFTEKA I will do
      I used 18 Gauge 1mm Aluminum Craft Wire then used
      0.60 mm Brass Wire, Gold.
      I didn't add wire for the veins. I'll do that

      In the beginning, it's best to try with smaller loops to become handy. After you understand the process and the movement while curing, then you can create larger loops. For 2-3cm loops you can add some veins. It's easier.

    Magnifique travail, mais je dois dire qu'un tuto comme ça, pas top 😨😨 il faut mettre la vitesse la plus lente pour comprendre quelque chose 😞😞

      Claudine Riduet any feedback is a good feedback. Thank you! 😄 I didn't want to bore people with a 4-5 hour tutorial. For a better understanding, you can do the following:
      1. Put stop video where you didn't understand and get back;
      2. Watch the other videos from my channel because all have the same principles;
      3. Enter in the group that is mentioned in the description of the video, put questions and get proper help.
      I hope this will give you some ideas. Thank you! 🌈
