Hainan are a brilliant airline. I flew on their 787-9 back in August in economy between Edinburgh and Dublin on the fifth freedom route and they were great even in economy.
Oh my gosh..... The food is amazing!! 😱😱 Genuinely shocked at how well they've done. Like you said Bravo Hainan!!

Really liked the Chopin music on the background inside the plane :D such a nice detail from the airline!
