Hey, can i ask a few questions? 1. Can i use this to make a pleated skirt? like how could i change it? 2. Where did you get your plaid fabric? 3. How would i enlarge this to fit a custom doll? (one with different sizes than regular, like i sewed a cloth doll??)
You probably could, but it would be harder to fit it on your doll without it...unless you turn in the short sides before stitching them together and then just add a snap.

Late as hell here, but I can see it working on all sides except the one you intend to gather. The glue might make the fabric a little too stiff there!
