Plz plzzzzzz make the 6 wives for Henry the 8th!!!!! It would be a great collab with ur mom!!!!!!! No one has done a custom doll series based on them!!!! Would LOVE to see them as Monster High dolls.
PLEASE consider making Hecate for spooky season. She’s the Ancient Greek Goddess of Witchcraft, Necromancy and the New Moon. She’s traditionally shown with 3 separate faces facing different ways and I think it’s be a fun challenge for you.
Is it weird that I find the "pretty" mask face more creepy than the real spider face?! I love the look of this doll. And you did the spider body in such an inventive, cool way. I'm also a suck for duo chrome and iridescent glittery stuff and I think it works really well for this doll 🥰
I would love to see your interpretation of more yokai and onryo ladies! The Jorogumo turned out GORGEOUS, so I’d love to see how you’d depict a kitsune, an ubume, Kuchisaki-onna, Oiwa, a yuki-onna, a rokurokubi, and a kejoro. I feel like all of them would look amazing!
Yes! Though it might be important to note that kimono are worn with the left side folded over on top for living people--right over left as in this doll is reserved for CORPSES. Which, you know, could be deliberate for undead-style monsters...
I lived in Japan for five years during my teenage years, (military brat), and I've seen this monster in many media since then, including Gravity Falls. You captured her essence perfectly, well done!
Love the effect with her tears! So clever. And it always amazes me that you can make something eight times, spider legs for instance, and each one comes out looking the same. Such talent! ❤
I love the Halloween dolls! They’re so inventive and interesting to see what you come up with. I think that Demona from Gargoyles would be amazing!! Great job on this one!
I know this is super silly but I always wonder with every video I watch, how are you able to remove the doll makeup without messing up your own nails?? They stay looking flawless! You must be magic! ✨
Your work is always top notch amazing. I’ve seen lots of makeovers but your attention to detail and the amount you put into each doll is head and shoulders above everyone else. You’re mom is a doll seamstress extraordinaire
🌟 I can't wait till Friday! I love your Halloween dolls. To save you time, I listed a few of the creepy creatures from Grimm. They are called vessin, but it's spelled Wesen. Here we go, Damonfeuer, Aswang, LA Llorona, Mercielado Matraca, Anubis man. Skalengeck, Ziegvol (bluebeard). Have fun!❤❤❤
🌟 Wow! Most delicate and scary version of a spinnetod I've seen. There is so much detail in the face and the hair. The masque is gorgeous, and the kimono style gown was positively perfect. Brava Marina!
Wow! I'm pleased by this one. I suggested/asked once for something spider and mentioned a Drider and Arachne and this yokai is actually both. Well done!
I'm loving the fact the scissors broke it was just such a WTF moment! the hair and spider eyes blended so well too one day i'll be able to afford one of these dolls, and my own customs will feel ashamed xD
Absolutely amazing, as usual ! Another creature from Japanese folklore is the Kappa. A kami who lives in water, who has a head like a bowl with water within. I imagine a kappa-girl, greenish and spooky..( sorry for vocabulary mistakes, I usually speak French...)
I have a character I based on the jorogumo tales and was having trouble visualizing how I’d like to have the character look and this gave such good inspiration The doll looks so wonderful and the spider parts are so cool !
Hi Poppen. Another great video. My mother and I watch your videos every Friday (or every Friday next) and our most favorite is when you do body modifications!
I wish youd do more Gajinka/Jajinka forms of pokemon again! Maybe a ghost pokemon. Really any pokemon would be fun. I enjoy watching those. I love people's interpretations of humanized pokemon. Its just beautiful 🤩!
I have once read that the makeup we associate with Geishas is actually the makeup of a Maiko (Geisha in training). Geishas apparently don't wear any make up, and the ones that do are Performance Geishas, but they have no blush. Blush is Maiko exclusive.
Such a beauty! You have a singular artistic skill when you do your transformations and face-ups. Doesn’t it break your heart to part with your dolls? So much imagination and effort is put in your work! I am sure I have asked before, but have you ever tried head shrinking in your work? If you have, how did it turn out for you?
🌟 You know Marina, if you ever need a creepy Halloween inspiration, you might want to check out the vessin in the TV series Grimm. (That's where I saw the Spinnitod). They are half human and half creatures that can vogue to hide the creature face. My 2 favorites were the Seltenvollgle, a golden bird girl in Germany and the Fuchsbau, a fox girl. I bet you could make all of the vessin look fabulous! Ps. the spider was world-class!❤❤❤
You create the most beautiful dolls I’ve ever seen and the scariest, most terrifying dolls as well! You are so incredibly talented! We live in a spider track and she looks like the black widows we find in our garage. I used to play with them when I was 4 because I thought they were pretty. I know, I started out a little weird.
I loved what you did with the eyes, they look amazing. I feel silly but for some reason I thought you were gonna put her kimono on over her spider body too... 🕷 I don't know what I was thinking. Her kimono is beautiful too. (I'm really glad you didn't try to make the spider parts hairy or anything, i don't think I would have been able to watch.) Do you think you'll do anymore body modifications this year? My favourites are the corpse bride and the mermaid modifications. The centaur was pretty cool too. 😊❤
This is amazing as always, the kimono is chef kiss ! I would be curious to see your take on Yuna daughter of High Summoner Braska from Final Fantasy X (the first game), she has a very pretty outfit inspired by kimono and hakama, Japanese priestess style. It would be so cool !
She looks pretty cool! I love the effects on the shiny eyes. The fake face mask is a nice idea! I was wondering what you would do when you mentioned making two faces for the doll. The hair is so cute and I'm always amazed at how yarn is turned into hair! Even her scary true form is pretty in a creepy way as well.
Plz plzzzzzz make the 6 wives for Henry the 8th!!!!! It would be a great collab with ur mom!!!!!!! No one has done a custom doll series based on them!!!! Would LOVE to see them as Monster High dolls.
Or all the queens from the Philippa Gregory novels 😊
Maybe the costumes from the Broadway musical Six too?
Ok. This idea is freaking GENIUS!!!!!
Yessss!!! Omg Anne Boleyn and her daughter Queen Elizabeth the 1st! 😍😍😍😍
Oh that is such a great idea! Would love to see that.
PLEASE consider making Hecate for spooky season. She’s the Ancient Greek Goddess of Witchcraft, Necromancy and the New Moon. She’s traditionally shown with 3 separate faces facing different ways and I think it’s be a fun challenge for you.
yeessss
That would be amazing!
Is it weird that I find the "pretty" mask face more creepy than the real spider face?!

😂😂yees i agree

She already made a kitsune! But the other dolls would be soooo pretty ❤
Love the tears effect, and the scary spiders face and legs!!! She turned out gorgeous. So much talent❤😊😊
Wow! Admit it, you are a witch and using magic! How else could you make this doll so beautiful and also so terrifying?!?!?
She looks great and creepy. And her kimono is beautiful
How you did the mask was genius
I love the Halloween dolls! They’re so inventive and interesting to see what you come up with. I think that Demona from Gargoyles would be amazing!! Great job on this one!
This is both beautiful and frightening is the best way!! The green and pink compliment each other SO well!
I know this is super silly but I always wonder with every video I watch, how are you able to remove the doll makeup without messing up your own nails?? They stay looking flawless! You must be magic! ✨
I was thinking about that too. She is magic! Lol!😊
❤ I have thought that too & I’m always squinting to see if any has come off, she’s just pure talent & skill!
She uses gel nailpolish
Me too!
i have always wondered that. as a person who can't keep their nails nice with Out doing all that she does, i'm ever in awe of how she manages it! X)
She is so elegant and beautiful, yet mysterious and bewitching as well. She’s perfect!
The perfect deadly beauty. Those tears are a fantastic addition. And that kimono
Wowww I'm in love with her 🌸🖤🕷
you NEED to do a goth makeup look! You would look so GORGEOUS
I would love to see a studio organization video, put pan pastels all in color order and so on. Would be marvelous 😊
Your work is always top notch amazing. I’ve seen lots of makeovers but your attention to detail and the amount you put into each doll is head and shoulders above everyone else. You’re mom is a doll seamstress extraordinaire

She is amazing, love her scary face.
This is absolutely mesmerizing, probably one of my new favorites for the sheer intensity of both horror and beauty.
I just know she's going to be gorgeous ❤ Thanks for sharing Poppen ❤
Sigh... I would TOTALLY fall into her web!
Wow! What a cool, gorgeous doll! I absolutely love her!❤
I've used the 6000 clear glue for tears as it's dimensional and shiney. I so love your work so much.
I miss you talking more in your videos and I can't be the only one!! This is a hauntingly beautiful doll repaint!!!! 💜🖤💜🖤
I'm obsessed!! I wasn't sure how those big eyes were going to work but they were perfect I love the iridescent green 🥰
That brocade is gorgeous!!!!
Hideously BEAUTIFUL! I'm never disappointed with your masterpieces. ❤❤❤
That's beautiful
What a masterful result. She is both scary and beautiful...❤
when the scissors broke omg 🤣🤣 always prepared with the back up pair 😜👌
0:42 your pronunciation is spot-on! It's just the emphasis on the syllables that's slightly off.
Love it! ❤
Since this is from Japanese folklore it would be nice to see your take and build of Kuchisake-onna aka 'The Slit-Mouthed Woman'
Great job on a complicated transformation. 😊🩷🕸🕷
I love it. She is spooky and beautiful. I love the mask!
ooh i must say; even tho i hate spiders, this is the most beautiful thing i had ever seen in my entire life, great great job!!
Absolutely Stunning!!
I love all of your videos. Please Please Please make a Shirley Temple doll Please. She is my all time favorite.
As always, the doll is a work of art.
Once again we're here with another beautiful doll. You've done it again. It's lovely and creepy at the same time. Xx
Wow! I'm pleased by this one. I suggested/asked once for something spider and mentioned a Drider and Arachne and this yokai is actually both. Well done!
That looks amazing 🎉❤ but on a side note am I the only one that thought I was walking through Hobby Lobby while watching this😂 lol I love it!!!
I'm loving the fact the scissors broke it was just such a WTF moment!
the hair and spider eyes blended so well too
one day i'll be able to afford one of these dolls, and my own customs will feel ashamed xD
Oh wow, she’s perfect for this spooky season. Great combination of beauty and creepy ❤
Absolutely amazing, as usual ! Another creature from Japanese folklore is the Kappa. A kami who lives in water, who has a head like a bowl with water within. I imagine a kappa-girl, greenish and spooky..( sorry for vocabulary mistakes, I usually speak French...)
Soo. Jorogumo is the Japanese version of Arachne. Cool! 👍
Love it! Such a creative choice!
What a wonderful project and amazing spooky result 👏👏👏
She is precious!😍
I have a character I based on the jorogumo tales and was having trouble visualizing how I’d like to have the character look and this gave such good inspiration
The doll looks so wonderful and the spider parts are so cool !
A series of dolls from Japanese folklore would be cool.
Or even folklore from different countries.
You are so talented, I love every one of your projects!
Look forward to another wonderful creation! Hugs from Washington State❤❤❤
Amazing job… as always!😊
SPECTACULAR

Just love the dolls that you make❤
Beautiful scary spider!
Would love to see your artistic take on making Elphaba and Glinda dolls with the new “Wicked” movie coming out! 💚🩷
Another masterpiece. ❤❤❤
So beautiful ❤❤❤
Love this one! I wasn’t familiar with this creature or its lore before! You really captured her essence!
I love this! What a coincidence: I will be a Japanese oni this Halloween and my costume has spider elements and spider lilies 😂
Amazing work as always!
Elegant with a spooky twist. Great job Poppen!

Love it it's stunning.
Wow... It's AWESOME!!!! 😃🤯 Happy Halloween! 🎃
Another stunning doll 🌟
Oh Yeah. I literally commented on your last video that I would love to see more sculpting again ♥♥♥
She already had spider web panties 😂 that worked perfectly
Jorō gumo is how to pronounce it in Japan. I love what you did with her❤️
Totally awesome! ❤
Beautiful 🤩
I love it! Wow
I loved what you did with the eyes, they look amazing. I feel silly but for some reason I thought you were gonna put her kimono on over her spider body too... 🕷 I don't know what I was thinking. Her kimono is beautiful too.
(I'm really glad you didn't try to make the spider parts hairy or anything, i don't think I would have been able to watch.)
Do you think you'll do anymore body modifications this year? My favourites are the corpse bride and the mermaid modifications. The centaur was pretty cool too. 😊❤
Akasha from Queen of the Damned would be amazing at some point.
WORBLA SPONSORSHIP WHEN 🗣️🗣️
This is amazing as always, the kimono is chef kiss !
