    Please what next after being registered and licensed as a foreign nurse in canada? Do you still go through the express entry pathway? or are there visa sponsorship jobs for foreign nurses who have successively registered n are licensed?

    • @maximr6576
      @maximr6576 17 дней назад

      There is AIP program for 4 Atlantic provinces in Canada. If you got a license you get a job offer from a designated employer (kind of a visa sponsorship) and then apply for AIP. My wife got PR in 8 months without express entry since she was not suitable for EE because of her age.

    • @maximr6576

    • @TravelwithEvaMtalii
      @TravelwithEvaMtalii  3 месяца назад +1

      There are two types of assessments commonly accepted to show proof of English language proficiency for nurses: CELBAN (Canadian English Language Benchmark Assessment for Nurses) and IELTS .
      To take IELTS for nursing in Canada, you’ll most likely be applying for a Federal Skilled Worker visa (see below), which means you’ll need the IELTS General Training test. The IELTS test can be taken on paper or on computer. To be accepted as a skilled worker, you must have an overall IELTS score of at least 7, with a minimum of 7 in the Speaking and Writing sections, 7.5 in Listening and 6.5 in Reading.

      You will get a license in one of the provinces. Then get a job and use a job offer letter to apply for work permit. Not all provinces allow you to do all of this from outside Canada but some do
