I live in Jamnagar, Gujarat, where Mukesh Ambani has built world's biggest refinary complex, more than 1 million people directly or indirectly earn their livelihood from there. Living standards in city is as good as any big cities in India with Rolls Royces, Audi, BMW's all around, with all your subways and fast food chains, pvr and malls and there is no slum in Jamnagar city. Mukesh Ambani is not to be blamed for Mumbai goverment's failure. As a Jamnagari, its because of Ambani's we are well off as a city, we have events like Ted Talks and standup comedy shows regularly, great infrastructure and Relience township is already cashless, you can't pay in cash inside it and because of that slowly entire city is going cashless.
