Many people were not wearing a mask, others wore the mask improperly by only covering the mouth but not the nose, most in close proximity to one another while chanting, shouting, s treating, in the process emitting all types of particles from their mouths. This was far from a safe event.
Not safe at all!! Colleges will be shut down again.
