Phi Beta Sigma has to be promoted as the FRATERNITY we are without the Zetas. The brother and sister thing is cool, but we're two different organizations. Phi Beta Sigma has its own identity, and it's not locked into whatever the Zetas have going on.
From my understanding Phi Beta Sigma and Z Phi B were the only divine 9 org that is constitutionally bound. Is the difference based on tax exemption registration and status?
