@@wizofhell sadly.. Its an Re-use of HG revive version of destiny gundam, so if you want destiny gundam just buy the HG revive destiny gundam and made the color were in gray as represent of spec II. Version (if you really want to custome the color ofcourse), but if you really want the spec II. Version with The Zeus Silhouette.. I guess its your choice, deppends on you want to buy it or not.

But it felt like an plot twist from bandai as at first when the movie were released.. they gave us an clear color version of it and nothing new at all or change from the HG revive version destiny, and the question is why only destiny doesnt have a newer frame joint except the other HG seed freedom series? (the SEED system frame joint), they at least giving this more newer and more possebility than the HG revive version of destiny.
Long story short the SPEC-2 is a modus operandi of bandai there's "NO" new here.

There is no justification for spec 2 kits to be released in clear color, at most pbandai with slightly different colors
should have given us a RG 2.0 or MG 2.0 with red joints included.
This one actually is justified to be in clear, the Destiny Spec II has a big moment in the film with the after images so this really ties into the film and makes sense of a clear color without just going for a pure cash grab like the clear Rising Freedom. (not that it isn't also a cash grab for peeps to go to the screening to get the kit, but at least it has a scene specific tie-in).
Plus we still have the Zeus Silhouette weapon armor, which would go with a non clear Destiny Spec II.
