If you couldn't join us LIVE, then you can enjoy the playback!! We will be planning out the next live so please comment with your suggestions of the Kreative Kiwi Project you would like to work on together.
I was so happy to see the stitch along video! Embroidery for me is a solitary hobby, and think it's great Sue, that you, and Don are doing such great projects and bringing everyone together to stitch along with you. I will be looking forward to catching the next one Live! Thanks so much OML!!
Finally watching! Just put a few things in my cart with Kreative Kiwi! Haven't done much in the hoop....but looking forward to trying some new things!! Thanks for the video Sue and Don! Wouldn't have known about this without y'all!! And since you showed how easy it is, I'm not afraid to try!!
thank you! I love to chat and help everyone - and it makes it fun being live - no editing, LOL. I will be doing a video on the spiderweb design - it is one of my favorites - I keep it on my desk all year around!
Just watched your video and really enjoyed it. I too am a fan of Kreative Kiwi especially their in-the-hoop designs. I only recently discovered you on RUclips and joined your Facebook group today, so pleased to be part of the community.
Thnks! I am glad that you enjoyed the video. I am a BIG fan of KK too - the designs are awesome! I am glad you discovered the channel and joined the group, we have lots of fun! Pass the word around so everyone can join in!
I have the several Kreative Kiwi designs and have not been brave enough to try any of them. I REALLY hope you do a video on the Spider AND the Swirly Placemat.....I already have those designs. THANKS ! ! !
Good tutorial. if you have a spare hair straightener it makes a handy mini iron for those folded pieces. Can you make the ith notebook cover.just made one but love a video by you.i wanted to make it larger for a exercise book next time.would it be ok to enlarge in a 8by 14 hoop? i dont have software just my machine.
i can add that to the list for sure. I am not sure if it will work enlarging it by that much? you may want to check in the KK group to see if anyone has done it. General rule is that you don't change the size of stitch files. some people say its ok 10%, but i generally think it is not a good idea to enlarge it any size. Heather has provided many sizes for the covers, perhaps you can ask her to create a larger size if she hasn't already? That will get you the best results.
please show the pumpkin placemat because it needs to be joined in the hoop which I have not done yet. I have a lot of kiwi designs, but have not tried my join in the hoop ones. thank you.
Really expensive in Canada, so I usually get mine from Missouri Star Quilting - they have a special flat rate to Canada which makes all the difference!

Hello toni from az
I saw on a video you get layercakes for fabric. Where do you buy here in Canada? I am in Ontario
Really expensive in Canada, so I usually get mine from Missouri Star Quilting - they have a special flat rate to Canada which makes all the difference!
