    I enjoyed the replay as I missed getting up for 2AM again. Excuse is quite reasonable though, we suffered a 48Deg day that was still 38Deg at midnight while in constant contact with my brother, and his wife who live in Eden and are currently evacuated to the beach. A time of great worry, trying to believe the wind will change direction in time. The embroidery sew a long was a great diversion, thanks for the joy.

    Hi Sue! Great video!! I love your easy going, you can do this style! I watched it after the fact, as I was busy, as I usually am Saturday mornings. But I do love watching them. I have several questions. What is your source of all the pretty color felt? And what happens to the mug rugs made of felt when they get dirty and have to be washed? I am excited about the door projects. I went over to DIME and watched the video and downloaded the design. As far as your 2020 stippling design - is it possible for you to create one for the 8X8, 9X9, and 9x14 hoops or does that take too much time. I will gladly pay for each size individually, as I know digitizing is a long process. And since you said we would be using some of the larger hoops, might I suggest you create a placemat in the 9X14 hoop? Thank you very much for your consideration. Sue Cleek

    Could you explain "change the bobbin" when you mentioned this at the beginning. Should it be a certain weight? Would prewound do?

    • @lori1740
      @lori1740 4 года назад +1

      Sue was going to change the bobbin because she thought she was low. But later in the video her bobbin to quilting thread. For the design.

    What is a knock down stitch?

    • @BlackMountainHawk
      @BlackMountainHawk 4 года назад +1

      I use a cross-stitch pattern that “knocks” down a high pile fabric such as sherpa fabric. It allows your stitching, monogram, etc, to show well and not get lost in the high pile fabric

    • @lori1740
      @lori1740 4 года назад

      @@BlackMountainHawk so is that like the first part of the stitching doing cross and zig zag stitching before the actual pattern?

    • @BlackMountainHawk
      @BlackMountainHawk 4 года назад

      Yes similar, it just covers a wider area than your finish stitching
