Oh, I have tried your recipe. Beautiful and so tasty! Especially the pie crust. Didn’t manage to keep it for the next day, my son and daughter finished it there and then. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. Forgot to mention, I change the shimeji mushrooms to shiitake mushrooms, smells wonderful!
