business cards and stickers send them to my site. same exact way social media works. grab their attention with the t shirt design, send them to your online store

How important is the custom label inside the shirt when first starting a brand?
Let's say I have the logo on the sleeve or back collar along with the front design.. do I still need that label inside with the details of the shirt to have my name brand as well?

not important at all. your customer isnt buying your shirt for the inside label. their buying your shirt for your design on the chest or back.
