I created an email account just for the t-shirt ideas . So when I get an idea I send it to the email that I have saved in my phone so I can access it from anywhere with any device . Works great

Love the advice. The local sports teams sounds good so I may try that when I get some time. Always appreciate your videos. My etsy store has only 2 sales total. I could prolly work on marketing and spreading the word out a bit more. I'm in nursing school full time so I can't put the effort into it, so I'm not upset about it. But the 'going out' test you recommend has been positive. I get compliments when I wear my shirts when I'm at the mall or store, so it does give me hope there the designs are solid. Already working my way to sneak in nursing related shirts too.

Just started my own tshirt business within the last few weeks or so. No sales etc so far but this is helpful. Think I got too many designs, catering to too many people, etc so gonna take this advice on board 👍🏻
Always keep a lot of designs sitting in the back, NEVER drop everything at once. I’ve learned that from running my own brand. Keep multiple color ways in the cut to drop periodically. Example Spring drop brighter colors, fall do fall colors, like he said sport team color ways and etc but keep different flavors.

this was right on time. i just spent the last month testing designs out in the public and got a lot of attention. people asked where to get them and i drove them to my ig. as always the info is on point and super helpful. especially when you said use colorway of popular sports teams in your area. thanks again bro

This is a very good subject to address, It is part of the learning and growing as an independant business owner. Knowing your audience and serving that group things the want...we all fall into that trap of " my designs will sell", but being honest and asking yourself "Why will they sell?" Sets you up for success...cause you will learn to take your ego out of the equation...and look at subtle cues that will help you learn to listen and watch what your audience want so you can make shirts that sell...thanks again for your insight and sharing your experience!

Good content and advice. What is your take on a new tshirt business printing custom designs and placing your business’ logo on the shirt to help promote your brand?
I'm just getting started BUT I do have a question tho....Okay so I get what you're saying brotha.... BUT.. You always say "Create relatable to the end user".. so that makes sense.. BUT HOW DO I SELECT which "end user" or which "audience" I'm trying to reach? There's so many options yah know?... Can be skateboarding, to low riders, to CA, to ethnicity, to even types of Flowers, or animals etc,.. like.. I'm not even sure what designs to start if I don't know who is even my audience.. it can literally be anybody... How did you figure out which audience you wanted to cater to?

i narrow my audience down as small and as detailed as possible. always easier to expand from the ground up.

use the youtube search bar. type in "big brandoh marketing" i got vids showing exactly what i do and how i do it. i also got playlists on my channel breaking everything down.

How do you make a website?
What are your thoughts on making transfers with a printer?
i dont like the quality of those transfers and i wouldnt offer that to my customers. so i use screen printed transfers instead.
