    Any thoughts on how to prevent it from falling to the ground if the user were to lose one’s grip on it? I’m thinking a long bungee or rope, one end tied to the bucket, the other looped through the belt clip or around the body if the tool.
    Or is this somehow prohibited?

    I called Lee Valley but I am having issues with shipping down to the states . Any body know of a state side distributor?

    That top handle is cutting like butter. You hand filing?
