Congrats guys! I just found my first 1800's silver, an 1858 seated half dime. After diggin 27 modern coins all within 10 yards of each other, I said out loud to myself " am i going to get rewarded anytime soon?" very next signal...boom
It's been so long that I can't remember digging my last Walker. Well, I did get two at the beach, but that's after a storm. Kurt, thanks for taking us along, and showing us what is possible if you look. And congrats on the Walker, she is beautiful.

Nice finds got two big silver this week one back on the river in “my spot” another park never gets old walker and Ben Franklin! Hit the water Kurt do the washed out banks it pays!
Always hated getting those rivets or tiny washers. But you have to dig those signals because you just don't know what's down there. A couple days ago I dug what sounded a lot like iron falsing or even tin flashing next to some iron. Instead, I found shiny roundness! Beautiful 1877 seated dime...can't complain about that!
So Garry has been taking the Brad Class of Detecting I see. Show up, kick ass, and go on a date. Seems as though Brad should start an online class for the rest of the Hoovinators.

Holy cow... If they were sewing crop bags, maybe they were using old buttons to keep the crop bags closed. Lots of pressure against them and they pop off. New theory on why we find so many in the fields.

Outstanding video. I just recovered my first Walking Liberty half a couple weeks ago. Its crazy usually thats the first half everybody finds. I went backwards....seated....Barber....Franklin...then waited a year and finally got my Walker lol. Again sick video and keep it up. Love wednesdays!!!
