And also I heard from an archi youtuber that "designing is different from drawing" as long as you can interpret what you have in mind you'll be okay :)

@@Presello Totally agree! However, our houses here are built with wood mainly due to cost efficiency and availability. Unfortunately concrete is very expensive to insulate for our weather and also hard to renovate after initial construction. Nonetheless I'll take this house over any that I've seen here any day 😉

I commend the developer here for giving the helper a decent area with nice toilet and bath. maganda at malaki ang are as well as the drivers lounge.

HAHHAHAHAH gosh, u never know if you are rich and make lots of parties or reunions you'll need that many bathrooms so nobody shits themselves waiting for the others
They're just relative to the number of bedrooms so no one has to share. Even the maid and driver have their own. Plus the bathroom if you'll go swimming.

They should have put a balcony on the last floor facing the beautiful view of the mountain.... instead of just the window and the people are far from it. Sayang ang view and air.
Mabuti ngang walang balcony kasi doon daw nagpapakamatay yung mga tao. Tumatalon sila mula sa balcony.

jusme kung maaga ko lang nakita tong channel na to, ginanahan at inspired nako ever since nag start ng architecture journey ko. kumulit utak ko sa vid na to :'))) at naalala ko yung bahay sa parasite kasi sa ilalim din carport nila

I showed this to my boyfriend and the problem are #1 he needs to make the 3rd floor into a master bedroom with walking closet , replace the bath tub with a bigger one fix for 2 pax WITH small office, #2 make the 2 floor master bedroom and bathroom/closet into entertainment room, the basement room into gym & all the glasses are needed to be one way glass . #3 create a way to connect the dirty kitchen from the formal kitchen. love watching videos for ideas hope this helps others

House is very nice. Although Korean inspired (maybe some patterns sa exterior) may isang lacking element which is very important sa mga Korean floor plans. This is still more of a Filipino-based planning. Nothing negative really. Very nice Architecture!

Great presentation, as always, Julia. I just would like to take note of your habit of mentioning "2 carport, 4 carport, etc..." Actually it should be "2-car carport, 4-car carport, etc..." with the "2-car, or 4-car" refers to the number of cars that fit in the carport. A carport, per se, is parking space for cars attached to a house that is partially covered, in contrast to a garage which is usually enclosed on all sides. Just a suggestion to help improve your future presentations. Thanks and more power to your channel and more success to Presello.

Simply beautiful house. I liked this design and the other Japanese-inspired house featured in this channel. The only flaw I can think is the 2 large windows just near the side of stairs 08:02, It would be very hard to reach so cleaning it will be a pain.

Not familiar with Tivoli Royale's elevation (as in sea level). Since the garage and the basement is below street level. Would appreciate a little discussion/information on the drainage system. Where does flood water drain to? Thank you
