Dudeee sameee! Everytime na may mansion tour specially yung mga hindi modern design, I always watch para ma imagine ko, but this house dude just from the facade and the space of the great hall, the stairs and the chandeliers. I imagine the Riego’s or Domitillia hosting parties!!

Take out the draperies and some chandeliers and paint the mansion white, it will look beautiful and homey. Take out some chairs, tables and furnitures, the mansion will look more elegant.

Yung Grand Hall parang Manila Peninsula hotel. Eto na yung pinakaengrande na bahay na nakita ko sa Presello. Yung lighting and furnitures kasi ang husay ng pagkakapwesto.

It's as if the owner is a "The Sims" player; buying things for their maximum positive environment effect (ex. Italian furnishings) and integrating modern yet functional furnishings (ex. Toilet, shower).
A pretty much a chaotic mish mash of furnishings just because they can afford it.

is this house house found in Loyola Grand Villas in Quezon City? the structure and basic set-up/arrangement looks like my college classmate/blockmate/kabarkadas house that we went to for parties/"inumans" back then..but it wasn't furnished like this before

Presello really forcing other property brokers to level up their videos. Except that Julia is knowledgeable about the materials and finishes of the houses; other presenters can try their best but wont come close to Julia's pure architectural and interior designing geekiness.

@@Darko-kn6il I did have a big house about 18 years ago, I sold it because it stressed me out, so many things to do and to take care of, it robbed me of the quiet enjoyment I'm supposed to get in home ownership, so never again, learned my lesson. lol

This house was a hit and miss for me. The best part was the main hall though. Lose a few of the sculptures and some of the draperies and it really looks elegant and grand. I'm not a fan of the bedroom interiors though. It's like they spent all the money building the main entrance and hall then didn't plan for the other bedrooms at all. I half expected that Dracula will suddenly jump out of a closet with the way the master bedroom was designed. Lol.
