Tapos if you can go to the one of the top floors of Our Lady of Fatima University's (Hilltop Mansions location) towering building, you will see both the La Mesa watershed and a mountain range in it's background. Side note: Ang sarap tumambay sa bintana kaharap yung La Mesa watershed kasi sobrang mahangin.

I don't know but mansions creep me out. They seem gloomy and never really that entertaining to look at. Big houses are great but not mansion levels and Alabang mansions usually give that vibe. I think houses from BF Homes Parañaque and LP, Filinvest Homes QC and other exclusive villages that are not as high end as Ayala Alabang have lighter ambiance and aura. Plus for those who do not know, fountains attract spirits whether good or bad. And it's really bad to turn off fountains since that's the time the spirits presence can become stronger. That's why I do not like mansions is because my great grandpa from mom's side owned a mansion in New Manila, it's still there, only care takers live in there coz none of us younger generations would even want to live there. We only use it as events place for our clan's reunions and a place to sleep at if a balikbayan needs a place to stay in for a longer time and hindi kakayanin ng budget ang hotel for a long time. I remember my great grandpa being a very nice man, he was a generous man and very charismatic but my late great grandma was the more strict and serious. 😆 Us cousins really feel weird when we are in that mansion so that's the story behind why I am uneasy of mansions. Coz I can feel something creepy especially in a fountain area just like my ancestor's. 😅 At least 200-500 sqm of lot floor area is already huge. No need for a thousand sqm of lot area as well as floor area. 😁 PS: I know though that this is in Ayala Heights QC. But the thing is... It's still a mansion. And oh, the guest's room has a very huge crucifix on the head board, it scares me even if I am a Catholic. 😅✌️

Incredibly outdated ugly and old fashioned house which seems to belong to Dracula as for the horrible 80´s like furniture which is more expensive than the house itself and which by the way has pretty ordinary views no matter how much Julia insist of that those are great. The appliances not even Manny Pacquiao would buy, and the house looks to have been owned by someone who was incredibly poor when he or she was born. Ridiculously overpriced and without sea view or without beachfront. For that price I would buy a mansion in the USA in front of the White House.
The window design indicates the owners are Chinese. The estante at the garage indicates they are into retail and food business before the pandemic. This is late 80's as indicated with the decor and furnitures. They used the bedrooms but seldom the formal spaces which is why the furniture looks good. They recently renovated some of the bathrooms. Swimming pool looks like being added during the early 2000 The house looks like a school if you looking aerially.

This house seems so dull and nothing special both furniture and exterior unfortunately. It will never achieve that price if it was built in my country even selling at pricey elite area. I believe if the person who interested buying this house has house from overseas, they would not even bet an eye over this property. The powder room seems dark or not much outdoor light. Need better positioning and diff colour marble. The walls and floor is nice btw.

I like I like this neoclassic side compared to the previous video with Greco Roman theme. This house gives me a more modern violin while retaining its classic features.

This house seems so dull and nothing special both furniture and exterior unfortunately. It will never achieve that price if it was built in my country even selling at pricey elite area. I believe if the person who interested buying this house has house from overseas, they would not even bet an eye over this property. The powder room seems dark or not much outdoor light. Need better positioning and diff colour marble. The walls and floor is nice btw.
