Sir told one 5A i noticed all this C/ a gentlemen with 75 yrs old, C/O passing Blood with stool for 6 months And altered bowel habits, sometimes Constipation and sometimes Loose stool.. Then we did colonoscopy, CECT abdomen with oral IV and Rectal Contrast CECT sigmoid growth with livermets And Biopsy taken and sent for histopathological study.. As per histopath invasive moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma sigmoid colon..
