Very nice. Agree there could be a either a pull down staircase or wall ladder in order to use upper space for loft, den, study, extra storage, or extra bedroom.

Very nice! I do have one quibble, though: the description mentions "sleeping loft," but I don't see it. The pitch of the roof is enough that there could be storage up there, accessed by a pull-down stair.

I think there is room up there, but I guess we'd have to figure out access :D Pull down stairs do work , or maybe a set just after bedroom door that the outside door in laundry room would go under.

At 6:32 in the video is a nice cutaway to show how to do it. Put the bathroom in that lovely windowed room where laundry is now and a staircase going up where the bathroom door is. Have it do a small a landing and turn and go other way up a second set of stairs so it will fit in a small space. Build the washer/dryer in under the stairs inside the new bathroom itself. The top floor looks like same layout as bottom, but head room may be more limited?
